I sighed again. Why hasn't Ko-kun been answering my calls...? It's like he's avoiding me even though he says that he isn't.

Ko-kun and I have been dating for a few months now and recently he has been quite distant.

I wondered if it could just be my imagination as ko-kun is always so busy.

I decided to go and check if he had passed out or something.

Time skip~

I took out the key he gave me to open the door but I noticed that it was already opened. "Pardon me..." I entered.

"Take off your shoes." A deep voice was heard.
"Yea yea." I took off my shoes and neatly placed it at the side.

"Oh it's just you, (y/n)" Ko-kun stated.

"What do you mean it's just me...." I rolled my eyes.
Maybe he didn't want me here.

I flunked myself on the couch next to him and stared at the computer screen. "Another case?" I asked.

"..yea." He sounded distracted.
"Sorry to bother you then.." I laid my head on his lap and closed my eyes.

Silence maintained as I slowly drifted off to sleep.

Awhile later~

"Ko-kun..." I slowly got up, noticing that he wasn't there but feeling something warm over me and I looked down.

My heart thumped.
Ko-kun had placed a blanket over me.

I leaped out of the sofa in eager to give ko-kun a tight hug.

"Oh you're awake. I was just getting a drink." He sipped, his obvious eye-bags showing.

"Ko-kun, why haven't you been answering me calls?"
I held back the urge to cuddle him.

"Oh. My phone is spoiled. Sent it for repair." He bluntly stated.

My heart felt at rest.
So he wasn't avoiding me..

I immediately wrapped my arms around him causing him to jerk and almost spill his drink.

He placed a hand on my head and ruffled my hair.

"Don't worry. I won't avoid you." He breath tickling my ear.

"Ehhh?! How did you know?" I was startled.
"You're so easy to read." He chuckled.

Ko-kun placed his drink onto the table and pulled me in for a kiss.

I felt my face get hotter as the kiss slowly got deeper.

"I love you.." He whispered in my ear.
My face immediately turned a shade of red.
He smirked at my reaction.

Damn...
