Chapter Thirteen

Louis POV

We were sat in the hospital waiting to find out what’s going to happen, Sam, Joel, Hayley and Simon had left a while ago to leave us be, as much as they wanted to be with their her, they needed to sort things out.They left us in charge of her knowing we would be enough to get her threw. Harry hadn’t left my side the whole night, scared I would fall apart any minute if he left.Well, it was true if he wasn’t here I don’t know what I’d do, My girlfriend, my future wife, the love of my life, and my baby were in their because of something I’d done, how could I ever forgive myself, let alone anyone else forgive me. Niall still hadn’t spoken to me, I think more to the fact that he didn’t know what to say then that he didn’t want to. 

None of us spoke, it was a really erie feeling and I hated it. An hour of waiting around pretty much pulling our hair out a nurse finally came out, “Uhm is their a Mr Thomlinson here?” She asked looking at us. Harry slapped me on the back as I just sat there, worried it was bad news. “Yes, this is him” Harry said shaking his head. “Come with me please.” She ushered me to a door but stopped just outside. “She had minor injuries, as the car wasn’t going to fast, she just had a concussion, but she’s awake now and is asking for you” I opened the door quickly, but she wasn’t finished with the news, I walked up to Leah, throwing my arms around her as she cried into my shoulder apologising. I shushed her placing my hand on her tummy, thats when the nurse finally spoke up.

Leah’s POV

 “Thats the good news, but I’m afraid theres bad, although the accident wasn’t to bad, we couldn't save the baby, I’m so sorry.” She said giving us an apologetic look then excusing herself. I broke down in tears moving over to let him into the bed. “Louis, I’m so sorry, this is all my fault, if I had told you earlier, if I hadn’t run out into the street, This never would have happened. I killed our baby” Louis pulled back scolding me. “Leah Michelle Horan, don’t you dare say that, if I hadn’t been such an asshole, this whole fight never would have happened, I should have understood your decision.” He said looking down, I puled his chin with my finger, giving him a little smile. “Louis thats what I wanted to tell you. I wanted to keep it, I’m so sorry.” I smiled, as he looked me straight in the eyes.“Leah, don’t be sorry, things happen for a reason, we will have kids soon I promise.” He kissed on the cheek, before getting up, “I better go get the lads, don’t go anywhere.” Louis said walking for the door. I laughed, thats the Louis humour I love. Seconds later I heard faint yells, as they all rushed into my room.

 “Leah!” They all yelled practically jumping on me. Niall looked relieved, but sat back, knowing he’d get his turn to rip into me later. Harry was the last to let go, grabbing his hand I smiled, I owe this boy big time. “Harry, thank you so much, I’m so sorry Louis and I put you threw that, I promise it will never happen again.” He laughed squeezing my hand back. “Uhm lads I think it’s about time Leah and I told you what happened.” The boys all sighed in relief, trying to lighten the mood. “About time” Zayn said shaking his head. “The day we left Nottingham, Leah told me she was pregnant, We were worried and didn’t know what to do, Then the day we were singing we had an argument and thats why Leah then collapsed, not knowing how we felt or what to do we didn’t speak, and well yeah you know what happened after that” Louis said rubbing the back off his neck, The boys smiled clearly happy for us, “Mate thats great, have you gone to the doctors or anything yet?” Liam asked, none of them understood what happened, I let out a little sob as Louis rushed to my side. “We.. Uhm… We lost it, although it was only a small crash they couldn't save it” I sighed, holding Louis’ hand. The boys heads all dropped, “Oh damn I wanted to be an uncle” Niall sighed trying to lighten the mood. I laughed a little, glad to see they weren’t angry. “Hay us to” all the others whined. Louis and I laughed, He looked down at me, as our eyes met and I knew everything would be okay.

I was discharged, the next day and sent straight to bed by Sam and Mum, Louis wasn’t allowed to leave my side, clearly sensing his discomfort. I think Sam had guessed something was going on between us but wasn’t that bothered, whereas Mum was just to worried about me to see. No-one but the boys knew about the baby and we intended to keep it that way. I was getting comfy as Louis opened my door with a tray full off unhealthy food. I Laughed as he put it down next to me and jumped into bed to. “What are you trying to do make me fat?” He smirked, opening the ice cream, passing me a spoon. “Well, since I couldn't do it the other way, I’ll have to settle for this.” I laughed catching his joke, It’s not that we thought the baby had been a joke, it was more the fact that, that was the only way we could deal. I pulled him in for a kiss, not wanting the moment to end. “Louis. I love you with all my heart, and I promise we will get threw this” He smiled kissing my forehead. “I know we will love.” We settled down, eating the food and talking, until I finally fell asleep, in his arms

A few months later everything was back to normal, and the shows had been going great, our first show back after the incident, we sung “Up All Night” the way we said we would the day Louis and I had practised, and it was a hit, the crowd loved it, and I kept getting tweets on how Louis and I were so cute and A great couple, I laughed knowing that we wouldn’t have to come out officially, seems the Fans already had their suspicions. We were heading to Manchester today one of our biggest shows, and just when we thought everything was going good, karma bit us right on the ass.
