*later after dinner the girls are sat in their room with Lucas, Liv and Maddie are quizzing Lucas, trying to get to know him*
Maddie: so you were born in Texas
Lucas: yep
Liv: so you're like a cowboy
Maya: my ranger Rick
Lucas: says a shortstack of pancakes
Maya: huckleberry
Lucas: clutterbucket
Maya: don't make me do it
Lucas: I dare you
*he smirks*
Maya: ha-huuuur
*lucas grabs her head in his hands and kisses her*
Liv: awwwww....I think
Maddie: cute....but kinda creepy
*maya throws a pillow at each of them*
Liv: owwww
Maddie: anyway back to the point so you grew up in Texas
Lucas: I did
Liv: so what was that like?
Lucas: it was magical but I like New York too
Maya: he took me to where he grew up the summer after we started dating, we had our first kiss by the campfire while we were there
Liv: awwww
Maddie: that's cute
Maya: babe look at the time, you've gotta get up early tomorrow for your meeting
Lucas: I can stay a little longer
*maya smiles and snuggles into his arms, he kisses her cheek while having his arms wrapped around her*
Maya: I would love that, but you need to be awake for that so I'll just see you tomorrow okay?
Lucas: alright
Maya: I'll see you off
Lucas: okay
*they walk downstairs, hug, say goodbye, have a quick kiss and then she waves as he gets in his car and drives away, the other girls show up behind her as she closes the door*
Maddie: I like him
Liv: me too
Maya: good, I'm glad
Maddie: so Liv you gonna talk to Holden?
Liv: tomorrow I will
Maya: I'm really sorry about that by the way
Liv: I overreacted
Maya: whatever
Maddie: at least your boyfriend didn't actually cheat on you
Liv: Josh is a jerk
Maya: yeah he doesn't deserve you
Maddie: why do I have such bad luck with guys, I mean the first guy I ever loved left to go to Australia and then I finally was beginning to move on and that guy cheats on me
Liv: well my first boyfriend wasn't exactly a dream was he?
Maddie: good point but still at least Holden's a good guy
Liv: I guess
Maddie: anyway we're the guys like this in New York too?
Maya: some where but none of the ones I ever talked to, like Lucas wouldn't dream of cheating on me, Farkle couldn't even contemplate doing anything to hurt Riley, yogi yogi and Darby don't ever fight because yogi just goes along with whatever she wants and Zay wouldn't dream of being anything less than a good guy to Sarah for fear any or all of us would kill him and josh is only every loving and caring to Smakle
Liv: your friends have some strange names
Maya: yeah
Maddie: seems like you had a lot of friends over there
Maya: it only used to be me, Riley, and Farkle and then Lucas came, Josh came around a bit, he was about a year older than us and Riley's uncle so he didn't spend a lot of time with us until he met smakle, she kinda joined our group around high school but she kinda started hanging around with us a little before that because she and Farkle where a thing for a while, not long after that Zay arrived from Texas and so he and Lucas reconnected fast and that brought Sarah properly into the mix properly and I guess at some point in all that Darby and yogi just kind of became a proper part of the group
Liv: that sounds nice, there aren't really many boys in out gang
Maya: sometimes that can be nice too
Maddie: anyways I'm gonna go get into my pyjamas
Maya: I'll come
Liv: me too
*they go upstairs to get changed then a few hours later go to bed*
