"Y-you stay away from the queen, you monster!" Lord Starchbottom shouted. Queen Delightful was behind him, resting a hand on his shoulder. "Oh? And what are you going to do about it?" Hildy Gloom chuckled evilly as she flew closer to the two.

Queen Delightful had decided to spend a day off with her advisor. They have been incredibly busy for the past couple of weeks, helping the people of Jollywood and preparing for an upcoming ball. The queen thought a picnic would help clear her mind. So she gathered up the blankets and invited Lord Starchbottom to her "getaway from it all" picnic. They set up their picnic atop of a grassy hill many miles away from the kingdom. Lord Starchbottom was enjoying the picnic as he finally got to relax with his favorite person in all of Jollywood. But of course, the Glooms spied on their every move and took this as an advantage to attack them since they were very far from the nearest Bing Bong Bell rope and the 7D.

Grim Gloom came from behind Hildy and smirked. "Give it up Green Guy, the 7D are nowhere near here so you have nobody to protect the both of you. Make my Hildy Wildy Queen!" Lord Starchbottom growled and stepped back. "You will never be Queen!" He said confidently. "Fine! We'll have to do this the hard way." Hildy growled. She snapped her fingers at Grim and pointed to Starchbottom. The advisor's eyes widened as he saw Grim swoop down and grab onto his wrist and lifted him up many feet into the air. "Hey hey! Let go of me!" He yelled, trying to break free. "STARCHBOTTOM!" Queen Delightful shouted.

"Make me queen or else Grim will drop Stitchbottom and he will plummet hundreds of feet to his death!" Queen Delightful looked at her with tears welling up in her eyes. She slowly but hesitantly took off her crown. "Okay okay! Just please let him down." Hildy grinned and swooped to the Queen's height on her broom. "That's a good girl." While she was reaching for the crown, Lord Starchbottom watched the whole thing from up above. "NO!" He yelled at the top of his lungs.

He grabbed Grim's ankle and began to claw at him with anger. "Hey let go!" Grim tried to get him off but ended up making matters worse. The broom went crazy and plummeted straight down to the earth. Luckily Grim took control and stopped before it made impact with the ground. Starchbottom fell off and dashed towards the ladies. "Hey!" Grim tossed his broom aside and charged after him. He caught up to him and tackled him to the ground. "Get off me you bumbling idiot!" Lord Starchbottom punched him in the face. "Woah! You need to calm down, little dude." He grabbed his wrists and made him fall to his knees. Starchbottom cringed as he felt a rock tear through his tights and pierce through his skin. He was able to get one of his wrists free and hit Grim in the stomach "OMF!" He groaned as he held his abdomen and fell to the ground.

Lord Starchbottom shakily stood up and limped towards Queen Delightful and Hildy. Hildy turned her head and saw Grim on the ground in pain. "Grim!" She flew over to where Grim lay, leaving Queen Delightful with her crown. "Grim? Grim are you okay?" He looked up at her and smiled faintly. "Peachy keen my darling." Hildy turned to Starchbottom and snarled at him. She was...surprised that Lord Starchbottom, one of the Queen's weakest servants, actually did some harm and damage. She picked up Grim's broom and stuck it underneath him. "This isn't over yet!" She pointed at Queen Delightful. She started to fly off. "C'mon Grim!" Grim clutched onto the broom, leaning forward in attempt to make the pain less. "Okay my wicked witch of all terror." He too flew off, leaving the beat up Starchy and confused Delightful behind.

Queen Delightful looked at Starchbottom and gasped. She rushed over to him and flung her arms around him. "Are you okay Lord Starchbottom?" He wrapped his own arms around her. "Yes, your majesty." Queen Delightful stepped back and studied the state he was in. He had a big gash in his knee and was bleeding. His clothes were ripped and his hat was lopsided. "You're covered in cuts and bruises!" She put her hand inside her hat and pulled out a tiny first aid kit. "Sit down." She ordered. He obeyed and carefully sat down on the soft grass. Queen Delightful sat down herself right in front of him, resting her crown next to them.

She opened the box and pulled out a small bottle of alcohol, a couple swabs of cotton, and a roll of bandages. She poured some of the alcohol onto the cotton and dabbed it onto the cuts. Starchbottom hissed in pain and clenched onto the grass. Queen Delightful looked at him pitiful. "Sorry." She finished cleaning him up and moved down to his knee. She turned around with her back to Starchbottom's chest. She was sitting in between his legs. She got a hold of his leg and began wrapping the bandage around his leg.

They sat in silence for a few moments before the Queen broke the silence. "Thank you for protecting me, Lord Starchbottom." She looked up at him and smiled. "Well, I'm here to serve, guide and protect you, your majesty. And no one dares to lay a finger on you as long as I'm around." He smiled a toothy grin with one of his teeth missing. Queen Delightful chuckled and continued to fix up her advisor as they watched the sun set. They once again sat in silence, enjoying each other's company.

I can't believe I wrote this in an hour.
