Ray Ray...

I made sure I showed up to shays place early. she don't play. I nervously knocked on her door with yellow Lilly's in hand. I let out a nervous breath as the door opened slowly. My eyes widend. She looks...damn. She smirked at me and raised an eye brow.

" Your early." She stated folding her arms.

I chuckled. "These are for you babe."

She tried to hide her blushed cheeks. "Thank you."

She walked off momentarily to put the flowers in a vase before grabbing her clutch that matched perfectly with her deep red one shoulder skin tight pencil dress with black heels, black clutch, red lips, and perfect beach waves. She closed the door behind her.

"Let's get out of here." I bit my lip as I led her to the stretch hummer limo with my arm rested on her waist.

Shayla...

The limo ride to where ever was starting off silent until ray finally spoke up.

" Shay?"

"Yes?"

"You know I didn't mean to hurt you right.?" He questioned glaring at me with apologetic eyes.

I sighed. " I just don't understand ray. We've always been tight, why would you wait to the last minute to tell me something like this?"

"I know I know and I'm sorry I just-I didnt want to hurt you.You know I wouldn't do this to you on purpose. I care about you and I know I fucked up but it's only because I don't like making you upset." He explained rubbing my cheek.

"Ray I..." He just stared me with the same apologetic eyes.

I sighed as the limo came to a stop. "I don't know."

I looked down as he opened the door for me leading me inside a deserted sea food restaurant. The waiter led us to our seats then took our drink and appetizer orders.

"How come there's no one here ?"

"Because I wanted it to be just us. No distractions." He explained grabbing my hand.

"Why am I here rayan?"

"Because I'm not leaving without you being mine." He stated simply.

I rolled my eyes. "Look shay. I can't stress this enough I didn't mean to hurt you. That was the last thing I wanted to do. C'mon. We grew up together. You know I'd never pull some M.I.A bullshit. Especially with someone I care so much about.."

We made deep eye contact as he explained himself and his feelings for me. I don't know what to think man.

" Ray, you know I don't play and I don't show weakness. Okay and you know my background. And if your just gonna leave me like everyone else I'm used to it. It's nothing new or depressing-"

"but you know you don't need to have a fucking gaurd up keeping me out. You should know by now that I'm not going to leave you and I know that's what your afraid of." My eyes widend in shock and anger flooded through my body.

i stood. "I'm not fucking scared of anything. I am not weak okay. Take that shit somewhere else. Fuck you." I raised my voice turning my back on him and stomping off.

I felt him follow me. "Why don't you understand that is okay to be afraid ! It's okay to cry-"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" What the fuck is he doing ! I felt him grab me. "Let me go-"
