I carefully pushed the door open sneaking in shutting it quietly, both hands on the door knob.

I let out a relieved sigh that I hadn't woken anyone before slowly turning to explore the room.

I heard a low chuckle and almost jumped out of my skin letting out a startled gasp.

I spun around to the left side of the room and saw a bed with none other than Cal laying there with an amused look on his face.

"If ya wanted to see me that bad ya could of just knocked or asked" He laughed.

"I'm sorry, I was just wandering around because well I couldn't sleep and yea I found this door and it's a room I'd never been in before so I'd figure I'd check it out and turns out it's well your..." I trailed off from my little rant.

He just laughed at me more.

"I couldn't sleep either so since you're here your more than welcome to stick around for a while if ya want" I think he smiled but I couldn't tell since it was dark.

"Sure" I laughed walking towards him, or at least I thought.

I crashed into a chest of drawers.

I mumbled an ouch and I heard Cal laugh before turning on a lamp on his side table.

"Thanks" I chuckled again making my way over to him.

"So why can't you-" I gasped cutting myself off.

There was a huge bruise on the side of Cal's jaw.

"Not really all that tired, that and I was worried about you" He answered.

"Cal what happened? Did Ashton do this to you?" I lightly brushed my hand over his cheek and jaw.

He winced slightly. "What about you why couldn't you sleep?".

"Don't try to change the subject Cal" I said making him sigh.

"Yea, after you went to bed he was still a little...mad" He cringed at the memory.

"I think little is a slight understatement" I looked at his jaw once more.

"I'm fine" He assured.

"Is that the only place he got you?" I asked worried.

He nodded avoiding my eyes.

"You're a terrible liar ya know? Where else did he get?" I gave him a knowing look.

He sighed lifting his shirt a bit.

A massive bruise stretched across his stomach.

My eyes widened.

I gave him a sympathetic look as he pulled his shirt back down again.

I hugged him sideways being sure not to touch any of his sore spots.

"You're sure you're alright?" I whispered.

"I am now" He chuckled.

I smiled up at him pulling away.

I yawned a little.

"You look tired" Cal smirked at me.

"Nope" I shook my head fighting my eyes to stay open.

He raised and eyebrow as he pulled me gently into the bed with him.

"I can't" I yawned again.

"Ssshhh" He silenced me pulling my closer.

I felt my eyes fluttering open and closed slowly and I felt my body losing it's consciousness.

I heard Cal flick the light off.
