Chapter 10 -

I was too shocked to think, I went to the only place I know is safe.

I opened the door to find her still asleep, but something was different.

The smile on her cute little face was gone. Her cheeks were covered in tears. My Jersey looked like it had been thrown across the room yet she gripped it with a death grip, never wanting to let go.

Did she... No. She couldn't have.

"Ashley?" I gently shook her.

She slowly turned over rubbing her eyes.

"Hmm?" She mumbled.

Her eyes slowly opened and when they focused on me she looked sad but tried to be normal.

She saw.

"Ashley please just let me explain" I begged.

"What do you mean?" She faked.

I started tearing up.

"I'm so sorry, she came onto me, I pushed her away I swear!" I felt a tear roll down my cheek.

"Where is she" She laid back again.

"Um, downstairs I think" I replied sadly.

"You think? Why don't you know where she is?" She asked shutting her eyes and holding back tears again.

"I told her to leave but chances are shes gonna try to stay and apologise or something. But I'll make her leave. Forever" I pleaded grabbing Ashley's hand and holding it tightly.

She pulled away and stood up.

"What now?" I asked scared.

"I don't know" She answered thoughtfully.
