Cisco and I were sitting in front of his computer at S.T.A.R. Labs watching Doctor Who. There really wasn't anything for us to do at the moment. Everything was being left to Barry for the time being so he could figure out what exactly we were dealing with. Meanwhile, Harry was working on god knows what. So with Harry busy and nothing else to do I decided it was about time that Cisco and I have a little Doctor Who nerd session.

"You know, I've never seen this season before," Cisco said as we watched Mickey get eaten by a giant garbage container on the side of the road.

"Cisco! I am completely appalled," I said, my hand on my chest.

He looked at me, slightly confused.

"Cisco, the almighty nerd skipped Nine."

"It's not my fault," he defended. "The website I used didn't have the first season."

"And you never thought to go back?"

"I'm doing it now, aren't I?" he whined.

"Would you two keep it down? I'm trying to work," Harry complained.

I waved my hand in dismissal. "Yeah, yeah." He glared at me and I winked at him and blew him a kiss. He laughed before getting back to work.

Barry came back, cutting our Doctor Who break short. He explained to us that the meta could implant anger in his victim's minds, causing them to go on a dangerous rampage.

"Anger, hate, aggression," Harry repeated.

"A Jedi craves not these things," Cisco said, attempting to mimic Yoda's voice.

I looked at Cisco and proceeded to roll my eyes.

"No one is feeling that quote?" he asked, sounding the slightest bit disappointed.

"Everyone in the bank went total savage for, like, five minutes," Barry said, ignoring Cisco. "And then they were fine again."

"Anger can be a powerful emotion," Harry said. "If this meta-human can engender irrational feelings of anger in his victims, he can do a lot of damage."

"Detective West helped get a copy of the cat scans the hospital did on everyone at the bank. Take a look. Well, look at this, the emotion centers of the brains are still showing signs of being overwhelmed. Particularly the area that controls the executive function," Caitlin said.

"That's the part of the brain that stops people from doing whatever random and potentially destructive thing that pops into their head," Barry said. "How do you think the meta does it to them?"

"That's the half-a-million-dollar question," Harry replied.

Barry got a call and hung up soon after. Before walking out he turned and said, "hey, if you guys figure it out just give me a call, okay?"

I walked over to him. "Is The Flash off to another rooftop rendezvous with Iris?"

"No," he said a little too quickly.

I shot him a probing look.

"Yeah, but she probably just wants to ask me, I mean, you know him about meta-human stuff for her blog," he defended.

"Do you want some advice?"

"No matter what I say I'm getting the advice, right?"

"Don't get involved," I told him. "As The Flash or yourself. You don't want to be the one to blame for their breakup."

"Okay, I hear you." Then he walked out.

While Barry was undoubtedly ignoring my wonderful advice and most likely talking to Iris as The Flash, which is honestly pretty self destructive if you ask me, we managed to get something on the new meta-human.
