Taekook-True Colors

Jungkook was always the innocent one in school. He doesn't know much about the world and maybe that's why he considers himself a late bloomer.

Not it wasn't because of puberty but because he hasn't found his soulmate yet.

So the world was cruel to him. He couldn't see anything but black and white. That's how it is.

Your Soulmate let's you see the colors of the world.

He sometimes asked his hyung, Jimin what the color the sky was.

"Hyung what's the color of the sky?" He asked

Jimin lightly laughed.

"Yah that's the millionth time you asked me that question"

Jungkook shrugged.

"It's blue" Jimin answered

"What's blue?" Jungkook asked innocently

When you're 20 like Jimin and the same grade as him, you probably found your soulmate already thus learning the different colors.

"I don't know...blue?" Jimin shrugged

"Ugh that guy is such a bastard" Someone mumbled next to them.

"Yoongi hyung!" Jimin said happily

You guessed it, they're soulmates. Jungkook looked at Yoongi confused.

"Who's the bast—

"Language Kookie" Someone interrupted

"Yes Jin hyung" He rolled his eyes at his hyung

"He's 18 Jin not 5" Jin's soulmate, Namjoon said

"Kim Taehyung, a know it all and a late bloomer too" Yoongi smirked at the last word

Jungkook frowned.

"Really?" Jungkook looked at the hallways

"Where's he?" He asked curiously

"There but he's leaving" Jin said

Jungkook caught a glimpse. He only saw that the guy had black hair, but that was the only color besides white that he saw.

But this time...something changed.

When he caught a glimpse, He saw...color.

Well he only saw blue but still. His eyes widens when he saw the lockers are actually painted blue.

"Hyung I see the color blue" He said interrupting the conversations of the hyungs.

All of them froze.

"That's great kookie!" Jin said proudly breaking the silence

"Why only the color blue though?" Jimin wondered scrunching his eyebrows

"Let's take him to the doctor?" Namjoon suggested while Jin slapped his shoulder

"It can't be" Yoongi suddenly said

They all looked at him.

Kim Taehyung? Maybe? Well Good luck kid.

Jungkook looked at the sky amazed. Sure blue was the only thing he sees but imagine your 18 years of living in black and white

Walking down the streets recklessly  on a Sunday while looking up  is not a good thing.

Especially if you're about to get hit by a car.

"Look out!" He was pulled by someone and his eyes widened when he saw a guy taller with a semi-annoyed and semi-worried face.

"I'm so–sorry" Jungkook stuttered while the guy had a firm grip on his arms

The guy let him go and ruffled his own hair.

"Aish kids these days" He muttered

"You're not that much older than me" Jungkook blurted as he couldn't keep his retort to himself

"You better be thankful I saved your ass back there" He glared at Jungkook

Jungkook and the guy locked eyes. Suddenly, he saw a pair of brown orbs like his.

The guy's hair is brown and unlike him who has black hair. His eyes widened. So was the guy's eyes but it immediately narrowed at him.

"What's your name?" He asked with a little bit of spite

"Jeon Jungkook" Jungkook said confidently

"Kim Taehyung" He muttered

Jungkook gasped and slapped his shoulder.

"Ow!" The elder glared

"You're the bastard Yoongi hyung was talking about!" Jungkook exclaimed

It earned him a small laugh.

"Yoongi is my old friend in Daegu. Naturally he'll call me bastard" He grinned

It showed his boxed smile and Jungkook fell in love with his smile immediately. His attitude somehow, changed

Silence.

Jungkook can't help but awe at the background. Instead of seeing black and white, he saw yellow, red and finally all the colors.

His mouth dropped open on how the world was so beautiful yet so cruel at the same time. Taehyung cleared his throat and Jungkook snapped out of his own world.

"So does this mean we're soulmates?" Jungkook asked quietly and shyly not even looking at the elder.

Taehyung immediately softened.

"Guess so...don't worry I'll treat you right" Taehyung said to the innocent boy

Maybe he isn't so bad after all. Jungkook thought

They walked down the streets and talked about each other until the sun came down.

Their hands were interwined and Jungkook asked Taehyung,

"Are you really a bastard?"

Taehyung laughed and shook his head.

"Depends. But you know..." He trailed off looking at Jungkook

They met gazes.

"You and I will each find our True Colors. Together. As soulmates"

Yeah...as soulmates.

Hey Guys...so I published yet again another imagine. Please don't get annoyed! So Uh I'll be posting this once again also in my profile. Kansamnida for reading!! (Maybe I post to much?)

Note: The reason why Jungkook saw the color blue is because he only saw and felt a slight aura from his soulmate thus only allowing him to see a little bit of color

Fact: Babies only start to see black and white then as they grow older they see...red and orange then the other colors

But I love blue too soo...yeah? That's how I based how Kookie sees the colors.
