Her eyes hid a story
Of darkness and pain
A tale to be told
From a darkened red stain
As the tears rolled down
Her beautiful chin
As her smile faded
From the darkness within
She sat all alone
In a corner so dark
A place that had stolen
A piece of her heart
She waited for you
But you never came
So alone she sat
Forgetting your name
Still having hope
That someone will find
The small dark corner
That she occupies
They'll sit down next to her
Covered in lies
And read the story
Within her eyes
