I walked through the entrance in a moment of deja vu, yet I kept strolling. I reached the end of my path, as a cold gust of wind brushes past my cream white hair causing me to stroke my hand through it.
I stand in the haunting quietness as I wait.......
Staring down at the water I see something appear, Ruby it must be however I had a slight feeling in my gut that it was not.
I breath a sigh of relief, and my body relaxes as I see who arrives at the surface. It was in fact Ruby. She smiled at me making me feel at home in this cold abandoned cave.
I was intrigued yet nervous why she has invited me back and what on earth she has to speak to me about.
She started talking, wasting no time at all "You may be wondering why I asked you back" she suggested. Carring on she muttered "We would like you to be the first human we have ever welcomed to the sea"
I was startled by her last comment. I only picked up the key words, but those definitely stood out to me.
I had a confused look on my face causing Ruby to say more "Meaning we want you to transform into being a human with a tail yet you can change back into human legs as you please."
I was so happy to have this choice rather been pushed straight into it but I would have liked a lot more time to think about. As Ruby only gave me the next couple of minutes.
Every possible pro or con was flying through my head, weighing them up was the tricky part. It finally all made sense it what my answer should be.
