MY RESTLESS HEART
My heart is suddenly fluttering with life going against all odds
just to be with you.
The streets swoon around me as our separate paths merge into one.
Every road calls out to me asking about you
My heart is tired of treading carefully because it yearns to fly and soar
just to be with you.
Drops of fondess fall upon us savouring these moments in sweetness.
Nothing matters to me anymore besides you.
Lost to myself I am no longer myself.
Flushed after blushing for the first time with you.
Fascinated after dreaming for the first time about you.
My heart is changing its usual course as it fights destiny
just to be with you.
