Dylan's POV:
"This will be good for you honey" said my mother with a grin plastered over her face. "Look, they even have a football team and you'll be living with a roommate!! " she shrieked excitedly pointing to the FHMI brochure.Mary had always been very supportive to me and I loved her to pieces but no matter how hard she was trying to convince me about that place it wouldn't work on me.
"I guess... " with that said she left me alone with a sad look in her eyes.
Our car stopped and I started to take in my surroundings.
FHMI was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and located far into the forrest, practically isolated from civilization."Is this really the place?" I asked my mom raising an eyebrow
" Yup, This is it Dylan. Just try it for a few months and promise to call me every week and um... try not to cause any trouble while you're here. After all you're here to heal"
Heal.
Those images flashed through my mind once again. Triggered by almost anything and building my anxiety.
Blood splatters all over the car, her lifeless body and my inability to do anything at all.
NO. DYLAN NO. STOP. BREATHE.
