"Fuck. FuckFuckFuckFuckFuck." Dean let his Feelings go, still staring at the Monitor. "He is.." his voice died.

"No. We don't know that. All we saw was a woman Shooting, we don't know if she hit anything." Mary tried to calm her son down, but she was shaking too. That was to much for one day.

"And with anything you mean Sam." Dean responded. He knew she shouldn't be snappy, but he also couldn't watch his brother been shot, even just supposedly, and stay calm. I mean, did you met him? Worrying about his little brother was what he did. That was his life. Did he really thought it would just stop? Trouble would leave them alone just one damn time? Of course not.

It was like destiny played a fucking game with him. You think just because God and Amara are besties again and you got your mum back doesn't mean we forgot you? NO. SUrPRISE. LET'S SHOOT SAMMY. MUHAHAHA.

Destiny was a bitch. And not even a funny one.

"I think we all need a break now." Mary decided. Her hands were shaking and she couldn't even look at the frozen monitor but she also knew that someone had to take the lead role and she really wanted to kick that stupid ass, who shot her baby.

Marys stomach intervened suddenly. It rumbled like a hungry beast. Surprised, she noticed how hungry she was. Hungry for food. The last time she ate or felt the urge to eat was such a long time ago that she forgot how it was like to be hungry, how her body reminded her of her urges.

Dean noticed and got to the kitchen, but couldn't find anything. He wanted to cook for his mother. Yes, he wanted to cook her a good meal, he wanted to make her proud. He thought about how everything could have been if Sam would been here.

Sam and Mary would have talked and get to know each other. They would have talked about Sams childhood, about Standford and Jess. Mary would have talked about her side of the family. They would have shared memories while Dean would have been in the kitchen, half listening to their talk, cooking an awesome meal for his family. Cas would have helped him. They could have joked about everything and cooked together. He could have shown Cas his secret recipe for a perfect Burger.....

But instead he stood alone in an empty kitchen, with no food or Cas. With a missed brother and more sorrows.

Life wasn't fair.

"We have to go to the store, we have nothing but beer and cheese." Dean told them.

"Let me go. It's been ages since i was in a supermarket" Mary said with big eyes. Dean didn't know what was so interesting in a supermarket but shrugged.

"we will need backup. Can you call some hunters?" Mary added to Dean. With a place like this her sons must have a lot of connections.

"the dead ones or the ones who want me dead?" Dean responded seriously.

Mary looked at him. Now he knew form where Sam got his bitchface Genes.

"I will try" he promised.

Mary nodded and then convinced Cas to come with her. As a helping Hand. She still was new in this time and a bit afraid about all the things she wouldn't understand. Also, she really wanted to talk to him alone.

After Cas made sure Dean was okay he sat shotgun in the Impala next to Mary in the Driver seat.

"Oh i missed that Car" she said smiling and stroking over the wheel.

What have the Winchesters with this Car? Cas wondered

Mary started the Car and for a couple of minutes nobody talked. Non of them know how to start this conservation.
