One: Moments Ruined

Hey guys,

This is the first look into Chapter One. I have been thinking about which point of view I want. I believe that since CBL was totally in Alec's point of view that I will try and do Magnus's POV. Maybe you can get a better look at how his mind works. So I know that I don't like to wait on sequals, so I wont make you guys wait. However just know that I currently have other stories that I am also working on. Updates may come slow at first but know that they will be worth the wait. I am working on making them all long. I am also editing them before I put them up. This will be the most thought out thing ive dont so far.

So with no more waiting... here is chapter one of Fire Will Burn.

~*Magnus POV*~

It was amazing what just two months of summer could bring you. What it could bring a couple. Just two months of summer and my life is completely different. Two months of summer and I am even more in love than I was four months ago. Seven months with a person who has become my best friend has changed me for the better.

Made me stronger, everything with him is better. Everything in my life is changed, and all for the better. I now see the forest for the trees. I am able to see things differently. I am glad, because if this were one year ago, I would not be this way.

If I was still in Russia, who knows what I would be doing; probably out somewhere with Renya and Sinecia. Just thinking about what I used to do in Russia made my heart break. I was so careless, so thoughtless. Looking back, I even put Holland in danger.

My Holland was still in the hospital. She is able to move her toes, but not much because she takes so much of her energy on trying to move her legs. I have hired a tutor so she can keep her school work up. Max never likes to leave her. That kid has spark and I can’t help but think that it is from his older brother Alec.

My Alec, I smiled at the thought of him. The summer is almost over. We have two weeks before we have to go back to school.

I looked at the clock on my nightstand and the time read 11:33 P.M. I yawned and rolled over in my bed. Ever since the fishing trip at the lake Alec and I were not allowed to be in each other’s bedroom’s passed 9 P.M. As much as I loved living with him and as much as I loved his mother, this was so hard on me. I can even hardly see my boyfriend because he is a lame ass who goes to bed early.

I grabbed my phone and I decided to text him. This has become us. During the day we are always together, you cannot get us apart. However, at night we are all texts and phone calls. There is nothing wrong with it to me because I think it is just so cute. My Alec and I Snapchat all the time. I am always constantly screenshotting his Snaps, because he is that cute.

I locked my phone and awaited for a reply, almost instantly I got a reply from him.

*I miss you :-(.. what are you doing? –Alec*

*Thinking about you, wanting you here now. –M*

*Me too :-( .. maybe ill sneak in there when they go to sleep.*

As much as that would be so good I don’t think I would want him risking getting in trouble for me but if he was willing to come here for me than I was not going to object.
