Promposal {G}

Grays POV
Today was the day that I was going to propose to (y/n) for prom. I was planning on asking her in front of the whole school so all of the people who have had crushes on her would know that she is all mine and only mine. It was going to be great. I was in the crowd with my microphone and was ready to go.

Your POV
It was passing period and there was a big crowd in the gym. I went to see what it was and all of a sudden, Ethan, Aaron, Cameron, and Nate picked me up and set me on a chair then lifted the chair and brought me to the center of the circle. I was so confused and embarrassed at the same time because everyone was looking at me. I felt my face get red. They put you the chair down. You tried go grab Ethan's arm and ask him what was going on, but he shrugged you off and walked to the crowd. It was silent for a few seconds then I heard his voice...his beautiful voice. I couldn't see him though. He had a microphone so his voice was coming from many places "hi" he said. "Today is a special day, because today is the day that I show (y/n) how much I love her. I wanted to thank everyone that helped me today. Now about (y/n), (y/n), I love you. I love your smile, your laugh, your eyes, nose, lips, ears, arms, legs, EVERYTHING!" By then I was in tears "you make me happy, you make me, me" He said "I am very grateful to have you in my life and you will never know how much I love you, and that's why I want to do this." He came out of the crowd with the spotlight on him, walking towards me slowly. I was in tears, still in my chair. "Ever since I saw you, you had a special light in your eyes, luring me in. Eventually I was yours and you were mine. I want to make you feel like a princess. So I have this for you" he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring (pic above). I covered my mouth. "We are too young to get married, but I can give you this promise ring, to promise you that one day, I can replace this ring with a real one. I also wanted to ask you," he paused and took a deep breath. "I wanted to ask you if, if you wanted to go to prom with me" he smiled.

Grays POV
I popped the question, and smiled to her. She had tears in her eyes and all she did was nod. I had a big weight lifted off my shoulders. She ran up to me and hugged me. Everyone was either in tears or clapping for us. She wrapped her legs around my waist and arms around my neck. I wrapped my arms around her chest and put my head in her neck and cried a little bit. I was spinning us around slowly. She made me so happy. I looked over to the boys and mouthed 'thank you'. They just were clapping and gave me a thumbs up. Eventually we came out of our hug and I put the ring on her ring finger and we hugged again while sharing a long kiss.
