Volleyball Game {E}

It was game day against (random school name). Our rivals. It was a home game so we will be more comfortable. My boyfriend, Ethan, was there to support me.

It's the third game which means we have to play to 15 points. Right now, it's 14/14. Next point wins. We were ready to play then a whistle is blown. "Timeout for team (school name)" we went in to our coach. "We got this ladies. Don't be like our other games, keep the never ending roller coaster going up and up! We got this! Get those blocks, front row, get those covers, and shut it down! Don't forget...have fun." Coach smiled. We all did too. We put our hands in the middle. "(Team name) ON THREE!" I said. "1..2..3 (team)!!" I hustled out on the court and looked over to see Ethan smiling and cheering.

It was our serve. She served it and it went over perfectly. They passed it up, set it, and I went to go block the spike. I jumped with all of my might and put my hands up. The ball went right through my hands but I touched it so I slowed it down. I went back to my position to get ready to spike. Setter has it, "OUTSIDE!!" I yelled. She passed it to me and I spiked it with all of the strength I had left. Everybody was on the edge of their seats.

It hit the floor and you jumped and screamed with your team, giving high fives to everybody. The stands were going crazy. The people on the bench joined you guys cheering. You were in a smile that would never end. "We did it!" You yelled out. Everybody cheered it on. The huddle deformed and I turn around to see Ethan running to me. I smile and open my arms. He rams into me and picked me up and spins us around. "You did it" he said "I knew you could" I blushed. "Thank you for being here, I really appreciate it." He puts me down and we kiss. I hear the team oohing and awwing. I smile and pull away, blushing into Ethan's chest.
