Chapter 14 Gray

GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING! I got a whole 10 hours of sleep and I'm ready to write! (it's actually 2:30 pm lololol)

'Im gonna do it. I'll be his girl. And it's all going to be OK.' I thought as I stood up and opened the closet door. I walked out closet and started off in the direction of the living room. But as I got to a window, something caught my eye. The window was frosted over.

'W-what's this doing here? In the middle of summer too.... Oh wait, Gray.' I thought to myself, letting my hand trace the frost.

'I should probably find him. I mean, I have to tell him...' I thought, walking out into the garden. The pond was frozen over.

"I've always loved winter. The ice and snow, It's so beautiful." I said quietly to myself. (OK IF YA DON'T, SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP)

"Really?" Someone came up from behind me and stood looking out over the pond.

"I didn't mean to frost it over, but since you like it, I might as well sit here and enjoy it with you." I looked over to see the half naked blue haired ice wizard.

"Gray, I want to- no that's not it. What I wanted to ask you was- no... Gray, I like you back." I finally managed to blurt out.

"That's pretty cool." he said staring off into the clouds.

"J-just 'pretty cool'?" Despair came over me in an instant. Silence befell the both of us. I sat there for what seemed to be an eternity.

"Gray  if you don't want me then-" I was cut off by ice cold lips stopping mine from moving.

"Of course I do. I just... Didn't know how to say it. I love you (y/n)." Gray broke the kiss but kept our faces close.

"And I know I'm not the best at flirting or dates or anything, really. But I know I want to spend the rest of my life with you, (Y/n). You're amazingly beautiful, and adorable, and not to mention your personality. Would you maybe do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" Gray said, staring into my (E/C) eyes.

"Yeah." I said, entranced by his dark blue eyes. Gray closed the gap between us once again before we stood up to tell everyone. As I got up, It started to snow. I looked up in awe as flakes landed in my hair and on my clothes.

"G-Gray. Did you do this?" I asked, enjoying the snow that wouldn't stick to the ground.

"Ding ding cutie."He said, swirling his finger in the air.

"Gray, what's my favorite season?" I asked, almost in a daze.

"Is it winter?" He looked over at me, with a bit of hope in his voice.

"Ding ding cutie." I repeated his words, holding my hands close to my chest because of the temperature drop. Gray glanced up at the now cloud-covered sky.

"It sure is pretty. But not as pretty as you..." The blue haired man trailed off, bringing a blush to my face. He took my hand and entwined our fingers like they were made to be put together. Like puzzle pieces.

"I think I've found my missing puzzle piece." I whispered to the cold air and snow that came with it.

OK I THINK I'M DONE WITH THIS ONE.
