Alex's POV

We followed Mara towards the source of blood. When we approached the woods the scent became stronger.

"Greg, come quickly in the woods. We have an emergency.There's the scent of blood everywhere. Also make sure none from the pack enters the woods " I mindlinked him.

His reply was quick
"Yeah, I know I also smelt the blood.I'm heading there too . And don't worry I have already warned everyone "
"OK, see you in the woods "
As I closed the mind link between Greg and I, I opened the mindlinked that Dean and I shared.
"Dean, we have a problem. "
"Yeah, I know. I have been informed. I'll be there shortly. As soon as you arrive at the scent mind link me immediately. "

As Dean said those words I immediately came to a halt.I couldn't believe to what I was seeing.The sight before me was gruesome. Who could do that to someone.I turned my head to look at my friends but they were as shocked as I was.
Dean shouts brought me back to reality.

"Alex,answer me.Alex, Alex please tell me you are not hurt. "
"I'm okay Dean "
"Oh thank God. For a second there I thought I lost you. What is happening ? Why weren't you replying? "
"You better come and see yourself "
"Ok, I'm with Greg see you in a bit "

When I closed the mindlink all I could do was stare at the dead body before me.

"Who would do such a thing?" came the voice of my very shocked friend Cara.
Jon went closer to the victim's body examining it.

"I don't know " he answered " but he must really hate us. Take a look at this "

What we saw next shocked as even more.

There was something written in the victim's body.

"Who the fuck did this? " I asked no one in particular.

After that Dean and Greg came running towards us. When they saw the victim their faces were even more shocked than ours.

"Who did this? "asked my brother anger evident in his voice.

"We have no idea but check this "I told him as Jon showed him what was writen to the victim's back.

"What the fuck ! "came Greg's voice

"I know" said Mara .

"Ok,enough. We have work to do."said Dean in his Alpha booming voice. "First we need to know who found him, then we will gather information about his identity. Is that clear? " Dean asked us all with his Aplha voice.

"Yes Alpha. " we all replied in unison.

"Good, now we need to know who found him? "
"I was the one who found him Alpha " Mara answered Dean's question.
"Good work Mara, follow me to my study. The rest of you find who is he and I will inform some guards to bring his body to the dungeons. Greg you and Alex find who is he, Jon you and Cara will go with the others to the dungeons.I will also increase patrols and call Sam and Lucas to come back ."

After that Dean and Mara left.

I questioned "How will we be able to identify him when his face is .... destroyed " I was not joking when I said destroyed .His face looked like it was eaten by wolves, one of his eyes was missing, his ears were eaten and he didn't have a nose.
