"Arielle?" I asked.

I felt less tense knowing it was a female and not some psycho. How the heck does she knows where I Iive?

"Umm yeah, hey." she said sounding guilty for some reason. I remember why. She's the reason Sebastian dumped me for false accusations. Rage fell in me heart and mind.

"What?" I said with attitude.

"Sebastian called me a-and he told me what happened between you guys because of me. I'm here to say that I'm the reason you guys were finished,"

No shit barbie.

"-and he didn't want to break up with you even though he has things for Washington come up. He just really is depressed about everything so you should reconsider. Please forgive me." she said grabbing my hand briefly and walking off.

Bitch please. I ain't forgiving you. Period. But I do feel bad now about Sebastian. He was the one who dumped me in the first place. 

I went up to my room and started throwing rocks from my plant outside to his window. He should be able to hear the rocks after I just threw about a billion. His window opened and he stuck his head out until he spotted me and waved for me to come over. I did so and we stayed on the balcony outside.

"Hey." he said in a tired voice. He was sleep; probably to get some rest before his flight tomorrow morning.

"Hey. I just want to apologize for not hearing everything you had to say and Arielle came over and spoke to me but I don't want you to worry about me. You're a great guy and I wish you the best in Washington." I said trying not to cry.

"Do you think there would ever be a chance between us?" he asked looking up at me.

I didn't want to tell him about Sanchez. 

"I should be the one asking you that." I joked. "But I honestly can't say." I said turning my head.

"Well umm I'm just gonna hit the hay for tomorrow. I really will miss you and I love you much." he said spreading his arms open. I walked in and hugged him closely. I'm gonna miss this kid.

"I love you too." I said whispering. I went back home. I took off the promise ring he gave me and sat it in my drawer. I went to sleep after my dad came home.

*4 months later

Naya:

"I'll chat you later loser!" I said hanging up the video chat me and Sebastian have every month. He said Washington is great and he has a lot of friends and people there supporting him. I plan on visiting him next year when i start college. 

Today was Friday finally. 

Sanchez and I had-had a bumpy week. He felt like we weren't spending much time together because we both had test all week so we're gonna hang today. We ended up eventually getting together a few weeks ago after a lot of thinking.

Now that Sebastian has left, the team depended on Jordan and Sanchez. The softball team also depended on me for a lot considering a few girls got kicked off and expelled for drug usage.

I did get a scholarship to Spelman College and accepted in a few other UC schools, but I'm not sure where I want to go yet. We only have 4 months until school is out. Then who knows if I'll see Sanchez again or anyone from hs for that matter.

"Babe!!" he said running to me from our last period of the day. He bear hugged me almost knocking me down.

"Hey!" I laughed bubbly. "Ready to go?" I asked excited to go to the movies today.

We were gonna see some movie called Fat Mama. Heard it was okay but really funny. Sanchez stopped hugging me tight and looked at me. 

"About that, umm sorry but coach wants us all to meet at the parlor for a umm, celebration."

I'm coming then.

"Oh well I'll come with. I don't mind!" I said trying to break the awkwardness.

"About that. It's just the team so no more people. But I'll call you later babe after it's over." he said walking out the hallway leaving me there without a goodbye.

What just happened? Did he seriously ditch me for his friends? Boo.
