The Email

Katie's P. O. V.

"THEY CHOSE ME!!" I yelled.

This is the best day of my life. I was running around the pool, and jumping off of things.

"Let me see" said Mandie walking over.

Her face tight from shock.

"We are glad to inform you that, you have been chosen to take on the position as the new 5sos makeup artist. You showed a lot of character and enthusiasm, and that's what we loved about you. You're also a pro at makeup. Thank you so much, for sending in your video. Email us back, and we'll send you the details" she read aloud.

"I can't believe you made it" said Lulu.

"Why would they choose you, you're terrible at makeup!" said Mandie.

"Well, if she's terrible, I wonder what that makes you" said Josh.

We collected our things, and left the pool.

I can't believe they chose me. This has to be the best email, I have EVER gotten. We went inside and sat in my room, taking in the good news.

"Have you emailed them back yet?" said Lulu.

"No!! I'm gonna do it now" I said.

I ran upstairs and grabbed my computer, off my dresser.

"What are you gonna say to them" they said running up behind me.

"I don't know what to say, help me" I said.

"Here let me type it" said Josh.

Josh is known for being good with, emailing back people.

"I'm going say. Thank you for giving me this job. It's going be a blast as their makeup artist" he said typing it in. "With business people you have to be simple, yet passionate"

"Sounds good" I said.

Now we wait for a reply.

My computer dinged, signaling they sent an email back.

"They replied!!" Said Lulu jumping up.

I opened the computer and read the email.

"Good to know that you're excited. Here are the details. You'll be making $60,000 for every time you do their makeup. You'll also, be ridding on the same tour bus as them. So you won't have to worry about transportation. All of your plane tickets have been paid for. You don't need to worry about bringing clothes or shoes. All you have to bring is yourself, makeup, and your body cleaning items. (Shampoos, soap, conditioners, etc). Tomorrow, you have to come in and meet everybody. Such as the staff, the hair dresser, back up makeup artist,-in case you get sick- and of course 5sos. The place you can meet us at is Marliœę Vainsqa. It's a restaurant, in Chesterfield. About an hour from where you live. Look very professional, the attire is black tie. So come looking very classy. You may also bring along two people. Can't wait to see you there" I read aloud.

"60,000 dollars!!" Lulu exclaimed gaping at the amount.

"Oh my god" said Josh.

I was still in shock from reading the email. This can't be real. Tomorrow when I get to the restaurant it's all gonna be some prank right? Dream comes trues like this don't happen in the real world.

"Are you ok Katie?" said Lulu.

"IM GONNA MEET 5SOS!! AHHH!!" I yelled jumping around my room.

I jumped off my bed onto the dresser. Unfortunately I slipped, and hit the floor.

"Hhahah!! You fell" they said laughing at me.

"Haha very funny" I said.

"I can't believe this is actually happening" said Josh calming down.

"Tambien. I hope this isn't a prank. For real, if this is I'm gonna cry" I said.

{Tambien is Spanish for me too/me also}

"This is not a prank Katie. This is real life. You're really 5sos Makeup Artist. You're really going on tour with them. You're really going to meet them at dinner tomorrow" she said shaking me to reality.

"It will be the best night of my life" I said.

"Just promise me one thing?" she said.

"What?" I said.

"That when you and Ashton get married I'll be your Maid Of Honor" she said.

Oh my gosh, only Lulu would say something like this.

"We're not getting married. Besides, I don't date people that I work with, or have" I said.

"This is Ashton Irwin. The dreamy dimpled Aussie" she said.

"He is dreamy, but no" I said.

"What about the rest of 5sos" said Josh nudging me on the shoulder.

He can be such a girl sometimes. It's hilarious.

"Same goes for them too. Besides, you guys already know I came out of a bad relationship. I'm not looking for another one" I said.

I found out that my ex {Jake} cheated on me with 4 other girls. All in my apartment. I walked in on it all. It was absolutely disgusting.

"Yeah, you're right. In case you change your mind. I'm your Maid Of Honor" she said.

"Ok Lulu, if I do change my mind. Which I won't, you can be my Maid Of Honor" I said.

"Thank you. Now come on we're leaving" she said standing up.

"To where?" I said.

"To find you a dress, for dinner. You have people to impress" she said.
