chapter 2: Aurora and the darkness

Ilia's pov
About a few hours of being out to sea I felt like I was going to be sick and the barrel I was in fell and broke! I looked up to see my brother's elite guards who grabbed me by the arms a bit rough and brought me to my brother........as we walked I saw a Guards talk to my brother who turned and glared at me, you could tell he was mad.
Logan: bring my sister to my room in the ship were she will be safe now!
Guard: yes sir.......
Just as he said that the ship was hit by huge waves and I yelped as the water seemed to grab me and drag me off the ship with a few guards! I felt a hand grab onto mine and looked up seeing Logan! He was holding onto rope and my hand but I guess my hand was too slippery from the water and my hand slipped from his hand and I screamed going into the water and all I remembered was Logan screaming my name.
Logan's pov
The storm has Finally stopped and I searched for my little sister, I should have jumped in after her! The ship stopped at the port in Aurora and I ordered my guards to search for my sister, I was Pissed off and worried as all hell, when I find her she will be in sooooooo much trouble!
Reaver's pov
I got to the castle and looked every were for the young princess but could not find her, I asked every one even the butler Jasper I think his name was, he said he had no idea were she was, I sighed and was about to look some more when a young made told me that the little princess snuck on board Logan's ship! I sighed a bit, children heh there soooooo cute sometimes but a pain sometimes.
Ilia's pov
I was woken up by a guard and stretched some seeing I was on a beach! In front of a huge cave! Me and the guards decided it was the only way threw and it was a bit scary, even the guards were scared! We looked around and it looked like the only way to go, I was not scared at all, looks to me like an great adventure! I walk with the elite guards and think of what master reaver would do, than I see some bones in a room and some sort of magic forcefield, than a guard picked up a book and started to read some strange words that sounded like nonsense, than the pink forcefield went away! I looked down and gulp some, it's super dark down there, one of the guards makes a torch and we all start to go down, it's the only way, I feel like I'm being watched, i can see that the men looked very scare the deeper we go in, after about an hour of walking i hear "we are the darkness! the children of the darkness have been waiting for the princess of darkness!" once i heard that i saw what looked like shadow people! my brother's guards start to shoot them to try and protect me, then one by one the guards all..........died........i was left alone and being as young as i am i started to get very scared and run! i was only a teenage girl after all! only 16! i don't want to die! i ran but the darkness got me! it went up my legs and i felt very cold. "you are our princess! and future queen! you will one day rule over the darkness! you will lead us out of Aurora and to your future kingdom of Albion! than the world! your future is set child!" after that i blacked out, i have no idea how but i managed to get away from the darkness, there was a bright light than the desert? i ran down the stairs hearing " the light! it burns us! come back to the darkness! or you will die dear princess!" i ignored the lies of the darkness and kept running as fast as i could looking for a way but the darkness was in the way at every turn i had showing me horrible images of my brother being killed because of me! but it was all lies and than i felt my body get heavy and i fell and everything went black and heard "are you blind yet little princess?!" than after what felt like forever i felt my body flout up like a feather! and i heard voices! one sounded like my big brother! and the other was a woman, am i dreaming?
Logan: is my sister going to be ok?
???: yes she will be ok, she is young and strong willed, not many survive from an encounter of the darkness though king Logan, your men are probably dead
Logan: i see, why are her eyes black?
???: that is the darkness trying to take over her body, we must quickly get her to a healer in the village!
Logan's pov
once the ship got to the docs we were greeted by a woman with blue tattoos, it was not long before i found out her name was Kalin, i had told her about what happened and she told me about The Darkness, it had taken many lives and plagued the land, i asked her about any possible shores in Aurora that my little sister could have been washed up on and she had told me the only shores were the shores of Aurora and the shores of the cave of darkness, i got very worried and decided to take my men to go look in the desert for this cave, Kalin insisted on showing us the way, half way there i see what looked like blue.......hair........my eyes widened and i ran to it finding my little sister! she was passed out, her eyes were pure black! i had my guards pick her up and i began to talk to Kalin.
me: is my sister going to be ok?
Kalin: yes she will be ok, she is young and strong willed, not many survive from an encounter of the darkness though king Logan, your men are probably dead
me: i see, why is her eyes black?
Kalin: that is the darkness trying to take over her body, we must quickly get her to a healer in the village!
Ilia's pov
I woke up looking around confused and than saw my older brother walking into the room! He looked angry and worried at the same time! It kinda scared me, before I could  say anything he.........hugged me........he hugged me tightly like he never wanted to let go.
Logan: I'm so happy your alive Ilia! I was so worried about you! Don't ever do anything that stupid again!
Me: sorry big brother
Logan had yelled at me for 3 hours about what I did......
He was very worried, I am only a 16 year old child is what he says, he said that children don't need to be going on dangerous adventures especially me! He made me so angry and upset, I had to sit in the room well he talked to Kalin, I heard something about the darkness and getting help, my older brother acts more like a father than a brother to me, he did have to raise me when mom and dad died when I was only like 2 years old, after Logan and Kalin we're talking, Logan walked into the room I was in and told me to go with him to the ship, I did as I was told and had to stay in the captions room, it took about 3 days to get back home to Albion, once the boat stopped at the docs I saw Reaver waiting for us, I waved at him and he seemed very happy to see me than he waved at Logan, I had to walk by my brother's side until we got into the castle we're the maids insisted on me taking a bath, Reaver was talking to my brother in the throne room.
