The woman is looking at me and smiling. She is very beautiful. She looks like she is in her 30s maybe. She has wise blue-gray eyes, platinum blonde hair in a bun, and fair skin. What I found strange was that she was wearing a crown, like she was in some dress up game earlier. I almost laughed at how silly she looked in it, but something told me that would be a big mistake.

Then I walked forward towards her with a confused look on my face. "Thank you for bringing her, Killian. You're dismissed." The crown lady said. At least I knew the guy's name now. After all he did rescue me and I don't hate him anymore, in fact I think I have developed a crush on him. I can't lie anymore, I don't hate him. I still really miss Eric though.

Killian replied," You're welcome, my Queen."

Then she turned to me and said," Please sit my dear, you must be very confused." The woman said to me. "I will try my best to explain everything."

"That would be quite helpful. But real quick, where am I at exactly?" I replied.

"You are at the Dracova mansion." She told me.

"The what?!" I questioned.

"My dear let me explain." She said. "First off, you aren't normal. Neither am I. We are vampires. You are from a royal vampire family, the Dracova family. You're a Dracova princess. Gwen Derek wasn't your real name either, its Guinevere Dracova. Those weren't your real parents that died last night. They were human guardians that swore to protect you until your transformation. By the way I am very sorry for your loss of friends and boyfriend. Also your fake parents. I know that it was hard to watch the only people you knew as parents to die."

Very confused I ask,"Wait hold on I am a vampire princess that had a fake identity and those weren't my real parents?!"

"Yes my dear, and I am very sorry they died. They were wonderful guardians. And yes you're a vampire. The transformation only begins on the 17th birthday. Have you not noticed any changes?" She said to me.

"Well yeah I did, but I didn't put too much thought into it." I explained.

"Very well then. If you're wondering why your guardians never told you, it's because they wanted to wait. They decided to tell you after your party, they didn't believe you would be in danger. When they found out your position has been found, they went to try and kill off the enemies. As the queen, I sent one of the very best vampire guardians, Mr.Clemente, to rescue and your human guardians." She also explained to me.

"So that's what they wanted to tell me." I said more to myself than her.

Then she said to me,"Yes and I'm sorry they didn't get a chance to. But there is more to explain, be patient and ask questions later please."

"Um, ok , continue then please." I replied.

"By now you have probably realized I am a queen. My name is Queen Bethany von Bayer. There are two queens in the vampire world. I of course am the leader of the good vampires, the ones that work with and protect humans. The other kind are the ones that feed off of humans and despise them. The reason why you were attacked at your party was because the wanted to kill you off before you fully transformed." Queen Bethany told me.

"But why?! Why me? I am just a princess. What's so important about me?" I questioned her and myself.
