I can't believe this is happening, Killian is leading me outside to the garden for training. I heard that the garden was wonderful. Also I am a nervous wreck right now and really can't wait to see this garden too. I don't know anything about this new world, but I am sure he can sense my nervousness, because he says to me, "Don't worry, I will make sure I teach you everything I know."

"Okay, great!" I reply nervously. I should really start hiding my emotions and feelings, because he can obviously read them. That makes me wonder if he can tell that I like him. Suddenly, at the thought of that I start worrying more. Then in the moonlight from the window, I catch a glimpse of Killian's face. He is slightly smirking, meaning he could most likely sense my emotions.

Then he stops in front of me, which snaps me out of my feelings and thoughts. Then he opens the double doors leading to the garden and says, "Come on, Gwen. We will train here."

"But why in the garden? It's so beautiful here. I don't want to ruin it or anything." I tell him. I take in the garden, it is quite a sight. The moonlight makes the garden look even more magical.

Then he continues standing there taking in the garden. Then he smirks and says, "We are training here....because it is my favorite place, and because it also reflects your beauty."

"Oh, okay. Wait what, what did you say again?!" I say, very confused. Did he just call me beautiful?! Woah, what?! Am I hearing things?!  I start to hyperventilate. Okay, Gwen, you got this. Don't let him see you like this. Calm down like the Queen said. You are Princess Guinevere, you got this. Don't embarrass yourself in front of Killian. Luckily, I calm down before he notices, at least I hope he didn't.

"Never mind what I said, Guinevere, we have to train. Follow me, we can train in that spot." He says as he begins walking towards a more cleared area.

"Okay, so what are you going to teach me?" I ask him curiously. I really was hoping it would be something fun.

"Well first off, I should teach you to be able to hide and control your emotions. If you don't learn to control them, then your powers could get out of hand. Also well trained vampires can read your emotions, and then they can use it against you" He tells me.

"Well sorry, I am new to all of this stuff. Killian, are you able to read emotions?" I ask him, because I need some confirmation. I think he can, he is a guardian, he has to be experienced enough to be able to read emotions.

He looks at me and smiles. Then he says, "Maybe I can. Maybe I can't. But that's not important right now though. You are important, and so is your training and safety."
