Spirit of the doll (discontinued)

Chapter 6

I was so happy about my new dress that I didn't care about the dream for a moment. "Mommy! Daddy! Where are we gonna go today?!?!" I called downstairs. "We are going to go to the park then get some ice cream afterwards!" Mommy called up to my room.
"Can I get strawberry flavored ice cream?!" I yelled while running down the stairs. "You can get whatever flavor you want sweet heart!" Daddy called to me.

Daddy was walking over to me while I was running down the stairs and I heard a familiar voice, Misty's voice. "I'm warning you Kealyn, don't go out today, I already told you that something will happen, you have to listen Kealyn!" When I heard that, my eyes all of the sudden went blurry and I almost fell down the stairs when daddy caught me. "Baby girl! Are you okay?!" Mommy asked me while running over to me and daddy. "What happened Kealyn?" Daddy asked me."I'm fine mommy and daddy, my eyes just went blurry for a second." I told them calmly.

After I told them that, daddy sent me up to my room and I heard mommy and daddy talking down stairs. I started to yell at Misty, "why would you do that?! I could've got a booboo or worse" "Kealyn, that wasn't me, your vision just did that on its own, it might have been your brain but it wasn't me." Misty told me. All of the sudden I felt bad for yelling at Misty. "I'm sorry misty, I didn't mean to yell at you, I was just scared and mad at the same time and Misty, what does vision mean?" I asked Misty after apologizing.

"Well Kealyn, vision is your eyes or eye sight and I forgive you." Misty explained then forgave me.  "Misty, can you tell me what would happen if I went out today?" I asked her. "I will tell you tonight in your dream, but if you go out today, it will all end bad." Misty warned me again. "Okay Misty, I will listen to you" I told her. When I went down stairs mommy and daddy asked me if I was ready to go and I told them I wasn't feeling well and made up excuses not to go out today. Thankfully mommy and daddy understood and for most of the day I sat down watching T.V but I wasn't allowed to have snacks since I 'felt sick' so I just drank juice.

Finally it was 7:00 so it was time for bed, I tucked myself in bed and waited until I went to sleep. I was so eager to hear what would've happened if I went out today. When I went to sleep I ended up in the same room I was in last time with the same clothes I was in. "Misty where are you?!" I called for Misty. The doll was sitting in the middle of the floor so i was waiting for it to crack open, finally it cracked open and Misty came out of it. "Oh Kealyn, your already here, okay." Misty said with a smile on her face. "Misty, please, please tell me what would have happened if I went out today." I said eagerly. "That's right, I did promise you that I would tell you tonight in your dream." Misty said, her smile fading into a frown. Right when she was about to tell me I was woken up. "Sweety, you didn't wait for us to kiss you goodnight and tuck you in." Mommy told me. I said sorry and they kissed me goodnight and I went back to sleep wanting to know was Misty was about to tell me.
