Recap:
"Nice to meet you! I'm (Y/n) (L/n), and I'll be your roommate from now on." "Ah, my name is Nanami Haruka. Nice to meet you!" she greeted while bowing. "Let's work hard to become universally acknowled professionals!" Ringo-chan cheered as she spread her arms, revealing butterfly wings.
On with Chapter 2:
(Y/N)'S POV
We were walking down the hallway with STARISH towards our respective rooms. "I didn't know we would have seniors assigned to us." Shinomiya said. "I'm grateful we have someone to teach us." Syo admitted. "I'm so glad I came to the Master Course." Ittoki said.
"You guys aren't anything special." Kuro-kun said coldly while stopping in his tracks. "You won't make it far in this world if you rely on others." he added as he turned to look at his juniors with his heterochromatic eyes.
The three STARISH idols looked at him with a puzzled face. "Kuro-kun! That's not how you talk to your juniors!" I scolded him as he looked down at me, me being shorter than him. "What's wrong Ran-Ran?" Rei-kun asked in his usual cheerful tone. "We're only doing this because the president told us to." Kuro-kun said with a straight face and monotone voice.
"Ai doesn't look like he cares either." He stated. "You're right. I'm interested in them as test subjects though." Ai admitted as I sweatdropped, knowing his true self. "What test?" Syo asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Kurosaki-san, we're not approaching this halfhearted." Hijirikawa stood up for his friends as he told Kuro-kun. "What?" Kuro-kun asked in a menacing voice. 'I have a bad feeling about this...' I thought as I feel worried at what's about to come.
"We're prepared. Besides, I think we can beat that song of yours." Ren said confidently. I felt a threatening aura coming out from Kuro-kun as he asked "Are you trying to start a fight? Bring it o-" "Kuro-kun, please don't pick a fight." I tried to convince him in my most threatening voice.
MEANWHILE IN RANMARU'S MIND
'D-Dammit, why does she look so cute? Wait, what am I saying?! I've known this little brat since day one, why would I find her cute? But she looks so cute while trying to look angry.. Goddamit Kurosaki Ranmaru!'
BACK TO (Y/N)
Kuro-kun just turned his head away as he made a 'tch'. "They don't look like they're got the will to me. I don't have any desire to teach you." He said before he walked away. "Kuro-kun..." you said under your breath.
"It seems we'll have to do what we can ourselves." Hijirikawa said as everyone looked towards him. "If we really get stuck, we've got a senior in the entertainment business right here. Right, Ichi?" Ren said as he placed his arm around Tokiya, who replied with a "Huh?"
"Ichinose Tokiya..." Ai started. "You had a lot of work Hayato." Tokiya then tilted his head down. "I agree that a person should fend for himself." "What? You too?" Ittoki asked in disbelief. "You're right. If you want to get stronger, you have to do it yourself." Syo stated. "Syo-chan.." Shinomiya muttered.
Syo walked up to Rei-kun and said "All you have to do is keep an eye on us." "What? Really?" Ittoki said unexpectedly 《ittoki so random and cute lol》. "That's too bad. I was hoping to learn a lot Kotobuki-senpai." he said in a disappointed tone.
I saw Rei-kun flinch when he was called 'Kotobuki-senpai'. He then chuckled and told Ittoki to call him 'Rei-chan'. Now it was Ittoki's turn to question Rei-kun, who called him 'Otoyan'. Tokiya questioned and flinched when he was called 'Toki'.
I giggled at their reactions and thought 'I guess I'll call them that too.' . Rei-kun, being the nice person he is, said "We'll try to stay out of your business just like you've requested, but you can ask us anything." "Yea, you can ask us anything. We won't bite. Well, some of us won't." I sweatdropped at my own words. "After all, we'll be sharing a room." I said in unison with Rei-kun.
"Sharing a room?" One of them asked. "Mr Shining didn't tell you?" I asked in slight shock. "Your seniors in the Master Course live with you." Rei-kun said with a wide smile. However, STARISH didn't look the slightest bit happy, especially Ren, Hijirikawa, Syo and Shinomiya.
I took a glance at Nanami and saw her look down at the floor. I went up to her and ask, "Are you okay, Nanami-chan?" She looked at me, considering we were about the same height, and said "Yeah, just a little bit nervous." I pouted, pretending to be slightly sad, and asked "Are you scared of me Nanami-chan?"
She looked shock when I said that and panicked. "No no I'm not scared of you, (L/n)-senpai!" She then calmed down. "I just feel nervous sleeping in the same room with a composer of one of the most popular idol groups." I just smiled at her words and told her "I may be their composer, but I'm the same as you. You can just call me (Y/n)-chan." Nanami then smiled at me. "Okay then, (Y/n)-chan."
