Zayn POV

the next day we all get up and get ready to leave to our jobs so I went into the studio with the boys work on the new album while my wife up went to work on her episode of her TV show but I definitely made sure she had all of her bodyguards with her because I was not allowed to let her get kidnapped again on my watch

When I got to the studio it felt good being back working with the boys but I couldn't help but stop thinking every time I come back in here with the boys it feels great I should have left One Direction in the first place but I love the fact that I do have my own solo album out there and I'm doing my own solo thing and it's hard to understand why I even left the group in the first place but if people knew what was going on behind the scenes they probably understand where I was coming from but I'm glad the boys have my back again

Harry - you can a man you seem like a bit lost in thought

Zayn - just thinking how nice it is to be back in the studio with your boys and everything but I'm also thinking why I left in the first place so I wonder if management was always there behind my back and stuff like they were for you but nope I felt like I was getting the short end of the stick and one thing is really getting to me and that's the anxiety because I really find it hard to understand when I get up there I just feel so choked up being out there alone but then again I love the music either way and I don't know why when I'm on stage the anxiety overcomes me

Niall - well I guess it is going to be overwhelming for you being on stage by yourself at first when you're so used to being on stage with the four of us and we've always had your back and give always have anxiety and you know that no matter what we're always there to support you through it and we still are man just got to learn to believe in yourself and overcome it

Liam - and then you don't need to let it over to consume you and stuff like that just know that we're here if you need us for anything that's what true friends are for man

Zayn - I've got sometimes I don't know where I'd be if I never met you guys I have never met Pamela my life is complete now that I have her and you guys always have my back and it's good to be back in One Direction but I do know one thing's for sure we're going to do it on our terms this time around nobody is going to tell us what to do and how to live our life good to know that we still have Simon in our corner

Louis - yeah that's something they're always going to have him in your corner because he's always been there like a father to us and I always will be but the funny thing is he's actually your father-in-law because I mean you and your wife didn't even know that she was his mother for years took her a long time to find them but they've got a great father daughter relationship now don't they

Zayn - yes I love seeing how they have that relationship together and is totally great knowing that will always have each other's backs which is great and I mean we've all been through hell and back lately with all these kidnaps and stuff that's been going on I just wish we could finally find out those two masterminds I mean we don't even know their names for short we don't even know who they are all we know is a couple people to Simon has fired to work with us but there's one thing we know for sure hasn't signed and fired a lot of people that did us wrong

Harry - yeah that is a strange thing because no matter what we do we're always going to have people trying to do was wrong we gotta figure out who were going to stop and figure out why these people actually would go this crazy and not let any of us have the rest I mean and why are they blaming you all the sudden for what he did just got to be more to the story right but who are the two behind all of this

Zayn - that is the question that I keep asking myself every single day because I want to make sure nothing happens to my beautiful wife or anyone in my family I mean we all have kids now we all have families now pretty much things have changed over the years and we've been working so hard to try to get it back to the way we wanted to be whatever happened to deal with anything sometimes it's hard to understand you know

Harry - we understand you're saying and where you're coming from and everything so don't worry about it we'll get through this one way or another and we're not about to let anybody take us down

Niall - you know we've always had your back man even when you left the group we still do have your back no matter what happens it's just you weren't feeling it for a while and had to find yourself man but look at you now happy with kids married and you've got a great career going so hopefully people will back off and just let us all be mad that's not have much for us to want to have
