Adrian tried to track the 'Unknown' number that sent Wyatt the text, which is obviously sent from the Outsider. They tried to track down the location, the phone number and the ID of the person, however the Outsider was one step ahead of the boys.
"Whoever this person is, they have covered all their tracks and made sure they wouldn't be found." Adrian struggled to hack information about this devious text message.
"Well there has to be something, we need to find out who this person is before tomorrow." Wyatt's muscle on the corner of his eye twitched involuntarily; his mouth formed a rigid grimace. With arms folded tightly across his broad chest, he tapped his foot furiously and relentlessly stared at Adrian to give him answers.
"I'm sorry, for the first time ever, I actually can't hack into this. The file is protected with hardcore, high security, and if I do hack into this, it will send cyber viruses and attack me as soon as I get into it." Adrian put his hand softly on the shoulder of his friend as a token of his sympathy.
"What are we going to do tomorrow, when our secrets are revealed to the whole school?" Wyatt's heart pounded so hard against his rib cage as his pulse pressed outward, jerking the veins within.
"This person is insane, why are they obsessed with us for." Jacob handed a glass of whiskey to relax Wyatt, who was truly worried about this situation.
Wyatt swirled the whiskey in his glass, listening to the chinking of the ice cubes, breathing in a fragrance that only years in an oak barrel can achieve. Already the worries of his day were beginning to fade, even before the first taste. Just watching its gentle vortex was hypnotising enough.
"Wyatt, you're getting too stressed about it. Imagine if it's just a harmless little picture uploaded onto social media." AJ advised Wyatt.
When the liquid settled, he brought it to his weather-cracked lips and let the amber fluid sit in his mouth a while before swallowing. He closed his eyes, dwelling only on the flavour. God, it was good.

Wyatt wrapped himself in the duvet, waves of nausea adding to his misery. His brain felt like it would swell beyond the capacity of his skull and now his dehydration was too obvious to ignore. Wyatt wondered for a moment how he got from the attic to his dorm room. He then had a faint flashback of him being very intoxicated, very unconscious and very drowsy. He then remembered why he loaded himself with alcohol.
His phone pinged with message after message, all from the school gossip chat; there was a special ringtone for the chat.
He checked his phone to see why he was getting all this blast of notifications, and saw a whole Instagram account dedicated to Jacob and Amy kissing and doing even more explicit things. He thought to what AJ said yesterday, and thought that this is no harmless picture. Wyatt realised that the Outsider is revealing everyone's secret one by one, and wondered who will be next?
