To Kill A Mockingjay

Dean Winchester

They walked out the door and walked to Sam and Dean's car.

"Nice Impala, you guys. Where'd you get it?" Rory asked.

"Thanks," Dean responded, "It was our da-" His sentence was cut short by the bullet that went through Dean's head.

"OH MY GOD!" Amy screamed.

"What the hell!?"

"Guys, guys," Sam reassured,"He's done this, like, twice."

"H-how?"

"I don't know. Our father traded his life so Dean could live once. And then he was eaten alive by hellhounds and an angel raised his ass from perdition, and whatnot."

Rory couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"Rory, why is this surprising to you, you've died, like, seven times.".

"Oh, yeah."

"Come on, Dean'll wake up in about 10 minutes."

They drove on, to New York City, for a few hours. Once they were on the Brooklyn Bridge, they herd Dean gasping for air.

"Not again." Dean exclaimed.

"Finally. It was starting to get creepy sitting next to a dead body." Rory said thankfully.

"Do you know what we have to deal with everyday?"

They continued driving, thankful that Dean had come back.

"Your welcome, again." An unfamiliar voice said.

"Cass, you can't sneak up on us like that."

"Castiel? As in the Bible angel Castiel?"

"So you've heard of me."

"I am honored to be in your presence."

"Thank you. But Dean, we have an issue."

"What is it."

"This strange blue police box appeared out of thin air. Some man in a suit and bow tie walked out look ing for two people. 'Amy and Roy' her said."

"It's RORY!" Rory angrily corrected.

"Is he looking for you too?"

"Hopefully. We were separated through time." Amy responded.

"Pardon?"

"Never mind. Long story short: We were together, now we're not."

"Cass, where did you see him?" Dean asked.

"Manhattan."

"Perfect, that's where we're headed."

They drove for a few more hours, and eventually they finally reached the city. Amy and Rory were eager to once again be reunited with their friend.
