Forever My Love

Chapter 1

"Go #5, you got this!" Jayden came to the sideline of a high school basketball court cheering him on and Terrence so happens to be the star of the team. They're down two points with 4 seconds left on the clock and he's the one with the ball.

He's dribbling down the court.. There's 3 defenders in front of him. He can't go for a lay up. He needs to finish this game. With two seconds left he stops behind the three point line. Everything seems as its in slow motion. He takes a breath and shoots the ball... He makes it and the buzzer goes off. Every one is screaming and cheering. He just took his team to the championship.

After a moment, everything is quiet to him as he looks for Jayden. He sees her looking for him and smiles. She feels a tap on her shoulder to see it's him. They smiled at each other.

"I knew you could do it! I told you!" Jayden said hugging him.

"Well I couldn't do it without your support Jayden." He said seriously.

She smiled and kissed him on his cheek. "I'm glad I get to be the person supporting you."

"I'd rather it be you than anyone else." He held her closer.

"I hope so!" Jayden said and they both laughed. "Now let's go get something to eat to celebrate."

He nodded and they left. He drove an all black Mercedes Benz that his parents got him on his birthday. Yeah, they made really good money. He was never spoiled though. And he never really asked them for anything. He was raised like a real man. A gentleman too. Although he did have his own type of swag. That's just one thing Jayden liked about him. He's funny, really smart, caring, fine as ever, he's a baller, a good one at that, and he knows how to make her smile. Even when she doesn't want to. He's always there for her.

They both didn't really want anything fancy so they went to their favorite fast food place, Bojangles. They went though the drive through and each ordered a cajun filet sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. They parked in one of the parking spaces and ate.

"So when is the championship game?" Jayden asked with her mouth a little full. He smiled cause he thought it was funny.

"What?" Jayden asked giggling.

"Nun. Its next Thursday. He said smiling again. She loved seeing his pearly white smile.

"Okay, you know I'll be there."

"Promise?" He asked putting his pinky up.

Jayden laughed. "Yes, i promise Terrence."

"Ight let's get you home before yo momma kills me." He said seriously but laughing and started the car. They rode the whole way there blasting music and singing along to it. They played One Dance by Drake, Red Opps by 21Savage, Uber Everywhere by Trill Sammy, and Skrt by Kodak Black.

They got to Jayden's house and he parked in front. He got out to open her door and walk her up to the house.

"Thanks for coming kid" Terrence said smiling putting his fist up for a fist bump.

She giggled and did the same. "No problem."

They hugged for a while and finally pulled away.

"I'll see you tomorrow at school" He said holding her hands then walking away.

"Okay, bye Terrence." She said walking into the house as he got in the car.
