LAST TIME ON THE COFFEE SHOP -

"Why are you smiling so much?"

" Why are you dressed up?"

"Are you wearing cologne?"

"OOH! You smell like... Hmmm. Not donuts"

"Did you take a shower?"

I was BOMBARDED with questions. I shrugged past them and walked over to Mom and Dad. "Mom, Dad. Can I have a friend over for a while?" I asked them in my little boy voice. "Sure, but you guys stay down here with the family." "Yeah, sure Mom. Thanks!" I said as I walked over to the couch to grab a plate of cookies. I walk back to the kitchen to grab two little decorated bags from Rydel's birthday party. I placed the cookies in both of them, and two bottled water beside them. I sat on the couch, glancing down at my phone. I noticed a missed message from Laura.

'What is your address?'

'1879 Ashmore St. Seattle, Washington. 98112.' I replied. I sat there waiting for her reply. Which she did with a 'thanks.'

5-10 minutes later, there was a ring at the door. I jumped up but was too late. Rocky, Riker, Rydel, and Ryland were there already. I pushed them all out of the way, to see a tall brown eyed girl standing at the door frame, staring at... Riker?  "H-Hi!" she said, still looking at Riker. "Laura's still getting her stuff from the car," she said, in a daydream, again staring at Riker. Really? I walked past this strange girl, to see the girl I've been thinking about the whole 24 hours sitting in the backseat of the car. I got closer, to see her sobbing. I tapped on the window which made her jump a little, wiping away as many tears as possible.

Laura POV

'1879 Ashmore St. Seattle, Washington. 98112.' Ross sent to me. I smiled as I dried the rest of my hair, as I send back a 'thanks'. I put on a red dress with white polka dots and a long sleeved jean jacket with some peach colored heels. I walked out to see my sister, Vanessa in a pink plaid shirt with ripped blue jeans. We smiled at each other and walked downstairs to see people already gathering in the living room. My sister and I went to say goodbye to our parents, and then, Vanessa went to get the car keys.

I walked towards the door when someone grabbed my arm and pulled me into the abandoned room next to the living room. He was the client that was accused to rape a 16-year-old girl. My dad was trying to keep him out since there was no evidence against him. He put his hand up my dress and tried to pull down my underwear. He tried to kiss me, but when he bent down, I kneed him in the manhood. He slapped me back, but I got up again. I pulled my underwear back up and walked out the house.

I got in the car, silently letting tears fall. We pulled up at the house, and I told Vanessa I'd be out in a minute. I started sobbing non-stop until I heard someone tap on the window. I quickly wiped away as many tears as possible and came face to face with Ross Lynch. He had a concerned look on his face when I opened the door for him. He held his hand out, and I happily took it, and he dragged me out of the car. He then picked me up, and set me into a pickup truck, and he sat in the drivers seat. I giggled at the feeling of his hands on my side, then looking into his eyes. "So, why is a pretty girl like you crying?" He asked.
