Lost (Liam Payne)

Chapter 19

Harry's words continued to flow through my head all week.

No, I am not planning on going back.

I was lying in bed watching TMZ while Danielle was in the shower. We were getting ready for dinner with her parents.

Suddenly a segment came on that caught my attention.

"Liam Payne from One Direction quits the band!" Harvey says starting off the story.

"This is true. Sources tell us that Liam quit after being in a car accident which caused him to loose his memory." The blonde haired guy says.

"What do you think is going to happen with One Direction?" Harvey asks.

"It has been said that after a month of Liam quitting they finally found a replacement. The band is going to continue. Harry, Louis, Niall and Zayn are all still in but now they have a new fifth member." One of the other people explains.

They found a replacement for me fast. How could they replace me though? I mean Harry was just here not to long ago asking me to come back.

"What are you watching?" Danielle asks coming out of the bathroom with a towel on her head.

"TMZ, they replaced me." I simply reply.

"What? Already?" She says shocked.

"I guess so." I say turning off the TV and standing up.

"Ready to go?" I ask knowing the answer.

"I just need to blow dry my hair." She says walking back to the bathroom.

Shortly after she enters the bathroom she comes back out with her hair now dry. She had it like she usually does with the curls all over the place.

"Lets go." She smiles holding out her hand for me to take.

"Danielle! Liam!" Danielle's mom cheers once she opens the door.

"Hey Mom how are you?" She asks her mom giving her a tight hug.

"I am wonderful what about you dear?" Her mom responds.

"I am doing great." Danielle smiles.

"And what about you Liam?" She says coming over to me and hugging me.

"I am doing well. Thank you Pat." I smile giving her a hug.

"Is that my baby girl?" Danielle's dad says coming into view.

"Daddy!" Dani squeals running past her mother to her father.

"Dani! It's so nice to see you!" He says picking up the lanky girl and squeezing her tight.

He puts her down and comes to shake my hand.

"And how are you doing son?"

"I am well. Thank you sir." I say shaking his hand.

"How many times Liam do I have to tell you to just call me Jon?" He laughs.

"Sorry sir... I mean Jon." I say stummbling over my words.

"Come on in you two, I have dinner almost ready." Pat says pushing us through the door.

"Is Sarah here?" Danielle asks sitting down on the couch pulling me with her.

"She is on her way. I asked her to stop by the store for me." Pat explains.

Danielle nods her head in understanding and then looks over at me.

"What?" I ask. "Do I have something on my face?"

Instead of answering she leans over and gives me a peck on the lips.

"Nope, I just love you." She grins resting her head on my shoulder.

"I love you too babe." I rest my head on hers.

"Dinner will be ready in a few!" Her mom calls from the kitchen.

"Okay!" She yells back.
