The bell rung and people were out of their seats quickly. Andrew and I took our time though, chuckling and smiling like idiots at each other whenever we had the chance. We casually walked out of the classroom, to where Zander, Taryn, Alex, Jared, and Lia all stood, talking in a circle, right smack in the center of the halls. I could literally hear people's muttered annoyance at them, which lifted my spirits even higher.

"Oh, hey Evie," Alex said, grinning ear to ear at me. I rolled my eyes at her. "What's up?"

"I'll just skip the shit - I said yes," I stated boldly.

They all gasped, then Taryn engulfed me with hug, followed shortly by Alex's and Lia's arms around me.

"Too.. much... love..." I wheezed, "can't... breathe!"

All at once they let go at once, letting air forcefully pass down my throat.

"Whoa, don't hurt her..." Andrew's voice came, making my knees go weak. I nearly fell forward before his hands caught my waist, pulling my back to his chest. I gasped at the sudden impact.

"Wow... they really do want to be alone..." Zander pointed out. He threw his free arm around Taryn's shoulder. "Let's go get something to eat, babe. I'm starving."

Taryn giggled. "You're always hungry, Zan."

After bidding our adieu, Andrew and I went to his car, walking surprisingly close.

"So, um... where are we going again?" I asked as I seated myself in the air-conditioned Jag. He slammed closed his door, looking aggravated. I blinked. "Something wrong?"

He looked at me, his face softening into an easy smile, which I immediately returned. "No, it's just some unimportant stuff... I'll be okay, promise."

It wasn't a very believable statement, but I agreed anyways. "Alright then, let's go."

The drive was an awkward, silent one. Sometimes I'd point out places he should check out, considering he's new to the town and all. I really just had my eyes on the passing surroundings, and every now and again my eyes would slip over to him, to see his eyes on me. That awkward moment usually ended with a blush.

When he stopped his car, I looked around to see we were in a different part of the forest than from Monday, where Josh had initially kidnapped me to go. I hopped out, slamming the door close. I rounded the car--

"Agh!" I gasped as I walked, face-first, into Andrew's hard chest. I stumbled backwards and fell on my ass. Instead of being the gentleman I THOUGHT he was, he instead guffawed and bellowed his laughter.

"Evie...your face!" He laughed and I turned bright red. I stood up, ripping my jacket off and throwing it at his face. He looked puzzled for a second as it fell to the ground, but I didn't wait up for his expression. I instead turned and walked off, flipping him the bird as I went.

"Evie... Evelynn!" He started yelling, and I started running.

I ran as fast as I could, trying to get away from him. I was running off my anger. I either ran, or else there would be broken furniture all over my house...

And the school.

I pushed my legs harder, ran a little faster. I yanked my hair out of the pony-tail it was in and let it fly free. There was nothing better than the soft caress of the wind against your face, running it's fingers through your hair and skin--

"Hi-yah!" Andrew's voice came, and from no where, I was tackled to the ground from my side, landing roughly in the soft grass and dirt.

I struggled to get him off of me. A string of profanities left my lips as I thrashed beneath him. In the process I had closed my eyes, whipping my head from side to side, swearing as loud as I could.
