Heart of Ice: 3

(I am back! En effet! I don't know, I just feel like speaking French :3 Studying French right now meowwww

So, here is a chapter brought to you by the author who keeps on saying meowwwww :3)

Third-Unlimited P.O.V (A.K.A Third Person P.O.V Meowww :3 )

Kai laid a hand on Misaki's shoulder. "Uh... Hey."

Misaki turned and looked at him. "What...Are you here to tease me? Make fun of me? Or what?!" She asked furiously.

Kai sighed before noticing that her eyes were wet. Soaked in tears that didn't fall. "I...want to apologize."

"Guh-rate. After you humiliated me, you'll apologize? That's new." Misaki replied sarcastically and was about to stand up, but Kai restrained her from doing so. "What now?!"

"...I'm really sorry. I was just in a bad mood." He apologized. 'How-?! I'm not supposed to do this!' His conscious told him.

"So you'll go include others in your mood?" Misaki asked and shook his hand off, then turned back to the window and stared outside.

Kai realized why she was like that through logic. "Did you just remeber something in your past?"

Misaki closed her eyes, trying to hold back her tears. He just has to bring it up. "What if I did?" She asked, the fury in her tone was exchanged by sadness.

"Don't worry. You aren't alone. Anata wa hitori janai." Kai reassured her.

"Sure thing. The most important people in my life leave me." She replied, still not taking her gaze off from outside.

The brunette decided to not push the topic further since he knows how Misaki feels. "I'm sure you also have your best friends who didn't leave you. Ever."

The lilac-haired girl ignored his statement and sighed.

Kai noticed her silence and what does that mean. "So...that's why...smile. They won't leave you." He told her and barely heard what Misaki's reply was.

"How could I smile when I already lost my smile..." She whispered, barely audible. Kai didn't understand what she meant; in the first place he was never one to socialize and comfort people. He sighed in defeat and didn't say anything anymore.

Misaki felt relieved as she didn't hear Kai reply anymore. She just tugged on her i.d, a habit that she has when annoyed, mad or sad. She then gasped when she realized that it was gone.

She rummaged through the things in her bag, but her efforts were to no avail. She searched in her pockets, until she heard a certain person's voice ask her.

"Are you searching for something?" Misaki huffed as she heard the voice. It was obviously Kai.

"Thanks for stating the obvious. And besides, it's none of your business." She replied while continuing to search.

"Yeah, sure. This is also none of my business, isn't it?" Kai asked sarcastically as he got something in his pocket.

He showed it to her making Misaki gasp again.

It was her i.d. "Why do you have it? No, the more appropriate question is, how did you get it?"

"It fell without you noticing." Kai replied curtly.

Misaki tried to get it but Kai moved it away from her.

"Give it!" She insisted.

"Nope. You said that this is none of my business." He replied.

"Fine, it is part of your business! So, may I have it now?" Misaki asked impatiently.

"Sure. In one condition." Kai replied, mischief evident in his voice.

(A/N: meowwwwwwwwww! See the difference between Third-limited and Third-unlimited?

And same thing as usual, I can't update fast :3 But I struggled to do a double-update!

Probably, the next update would take 2-4 weeks. Sowweh...
