Her Annoying Best Friend: Chapter 10

Kourin, instead of being in a bad mood again, was in a good mood now.

Asaka noticed this and approached her.

"Rinny?" Asaka called her.

"Don't call me that, Asa-chan."

"Whatever you say, Rin." Asaka said and she saw a small smile tug on Kourin's lips.

"Fine..." Kourin said, but then she continued.

"Asaka, what are you going to ask? I know that you are gonna ask something since your seat is far from here." The blonde idol said.

"Well, somebody lifted you up of your bad mood, hmm?" Asaka tilted her head a bit.

"Whatever." Kourin sighed.

Asaka returned to her seat as the professor came.

Their whole biology period was boring, all about discussions. Asaka headed for Algebra while Kourin headed for Literature.

Kourin saw Misaki near the window as usual. She sat at her proper seat, at the back.

The professor arrived and Kourin tried to grasp everything he was teaching.

When the subject was over, Kourin approached Misaki.

"Misa, gomenasai. (Gomenasai = Sorry.)" The blonde idol said to her lilac haired best friend.

"Iyada Kourin. Watashi... Shinimase... (Iyada = No, Watashi = I, Shinimase = I'm Sorry.)" Misaki replied to Kourin.

They hugged each other.

Misaki and Kourin parted ways since they don't have the same subject.

"Asaka?" Misaki said as she saw Asaka waiting outside the Chemestry lab.

"Misa, I was waiting for you!" Asaka replied.

"Duhh, you could've waited inside, bagairo. (Bagairo = Idiot)"
Misaki said and rolled her eyes playfully.

Asaka glared (don't worry, she's not mad) playfully at Misaki and went inside the Chemestry lab.

Misaki sat near Kai and Asaka sat beside Ren.

"Nee, Asaka-chan.." (Nee = Hey) Ren called her.

"Nani, Ren-sama?" (Nani = What) Asaka replied to him.

Ren gave a card to her. "I was wondering if you want to hang out?"

"Sure." That was her reply.

"Arigato!" (Arigato = Thank You)

They kept silent as the professor warned them.

-Time Skip

Misaki and Asaka were walking in the hallways when Ren approached them.

"Asaka-chan! Misa-ki!"

"It's MISAKI." Misaki emphasized her name.

"Would you join our hangout? Aichi-kun also got Kourin-chan to join and also Asaka-chan." Ren said and Asaka nodded in approval.

"So, Misa-ki?"

She sighed.
"It's Misaki. And if you can't bear calling me that, then rather call me Tokura instead." Misaki huffed.

"But doesn't Kai call you Tokura?" Ren asked when Misaki turned away from them.

"So? What if he calls me Tokura? Does it mean that you can't call me that?" Misaki glared at him.
