Chapter 5

It's currently 7:30, so I have 30 mins to finish getting ready before my date with Zo. Luckily, I have Steph here to help.

"Girl..you look H-O-T, hoooooottttt!!" Steph says to me. I couldn't help but laugh

"Haha thanks girl. I'm super nervous, and I'm afraid I'll act all weird and ruin the date!" I'm freaking out

"Hey, hey..calm down. You are going to be just fine, chica!"

"Really? You think so?" I ask her

She flashes her gorgeous smile and says, "No...I KNOW so! Don't worry!"

"Thanks Steph...honestly. I know I can always depend on you to calm me and keep me sane!" We both laugh

"Anytime girl! Plus.." She adds, "judging by your outfit, I'm sure you ruining the date would be the LAST thing he's going to be thinking of tonight!"

"STEPHANIE!!" I can't hide the horror on my face, while she's bent over in a fit of laughter. Although...I honestly wouldn't mind if he did. And knowing Zo and his flirtatious personality, he sure won't have a problem letting me know either.

Suddenly, there's a knock on the door.. Crap! Where has 30 mins gone??

Me and Steph both go to open the door.

"Hi." I say to Zo

"Damnnnnn, ma!! You're looking hot as hell!!" Zo says while eyeing me. Steph then leans over and says, "Told ya!" Proceeded with a wink

I laugh. "Oh! Before I forget, Zo, this is my best friend/roommate, Steph,and Steph, of course you know Zo!"

Enzo stretches his hand out to her. "Hi, nice to meet you." He says

"Likewise!" Says Stephanie. "You guys have fun on your date tonight!"

"Of course we will!" I interject

I give her one last hug before me and Zo finally leave for our date.

He's such a gentleman...he opened my car door for me and once I got in, he shut if for me as well before walking to the drivers side of the car.

Once he gets in and starts the car he asks, "You ready?"

I smile real big and say, "As ready as I'll ever be!"

"Alright then ma, let's do this."

I take a huge, inward, deep breath, alright..here goes nothing.
