All five had now entered another room where it looked like a book was on a stand. Agnes stood behind the stand and said, "Now, to get home you must all hold each other's hand", as she said that, all the children held each other's hand; Mabel, Violet, Durant and Arthur

"And recite after me this, "Paradoxia, eripe me domi. Dimitte me et revertar ad fratres meos in solitudine mundi"", as one by one the children recited, the book lit up and floated off the stand it was resting on and slowly opened the blank pages

"Now, you can each tell me a request", Agnes said

"What can this request be?", Arthur asked without looking at his mother

"Anything, anything you want", Agnes responded

Mabel thought about her request carefully as well as the others, then Mabel said, "I wish that my parents accept me for what I want which is to write and that I can read any books I want, be it fact or fiction"

"Very well", Agnes replied. As she said that, the book started to write Mabel's request onto it, the children were amazed as the book was writing her request without the need of a pen or a quill

"Now you, Violet"

"I wish to have a normal family", Violet said

"Do you mean you want your family to have money to help you?", Agnes asked

"No, I don't want to be rich, I want to be the same but I wish to be a normal family... I want my father back and I want my brother to get better"

"Of course. Now you, Durant"

"I wish my father could come back with us and that my mother can live with me and my father, and I also wish that the revolution stops ensuing in France", Durant said

"I can grant the first request but I cannot change the course of France's history. However, I can say that France will get better, thanks to this French revolution, it will just take time", Agnes said

"Oh, okay. Thank you"

"Your welcome", as she turned towards her son, Arthur, there was a slight pause of silence and they both looked at each other and then Agnes said, "Now son, what do you request?"

Arthur looked at his mother and then said, "I wish to be accepted by my father and by everyone else for who I am and...", a slight stammer came from Arthur's mouth as if he was reluctant about what he was about to say and his young innocent eyes started to water, "I want my mother back with me and my father"

His mother approached him slowly and said, "It is done, my son..."
