Not all Gryffindors are arrogant. Megan, or Writingislove1025 is a perfect example of that.
Not all Ravenclaws are snooty. Take Luna Lovegood.
Not all Hufflepuffs are kind all the time. My sister will tell you that I'm not. (Oh, yeah, I'm a puff now.)
Not all Slytherins are prejudiced. Andromeda Tonks married a non-pureblood.
Don't put labels on people. Those are for cans.
That goes for everyone and anyone. I certainly don't agree with certain life choices, like those that choose to drink or smoke, or the LGBT movement. That doesn't mean they aren't human. As a Christian, I know God calls me to love everyone, even those that are different from me. Even my enemies.
It even goes for genders. Some seem to think there are two types of each gender. For girls, it's feminist or girly. For boys, it's kind or rude. Not all boys exploit girls, and those that don't aren't always super polite. Not all girls go to protests and vocally stand for their rights, and those that don't aren't always pushovers.
Labels are for cans and clothes. Your house doesn't define who you are, nor does your gender or view of life. It is our actions and our words that define who you are, so choose yours wisely. Saying bad things about someone doesn't make them bad. Those who are bullied, their opinions don't matter. Be who you are and trust that it will be alright in the end.
Sorry for the rant.
