It's finally Friday and I'm having a good feeling about today. I wake up early and go shower.
I wash myself and my hair then brush my teeth and get dressed. I put my hair in a fish plait and wear my white skinny jeans with my blue t shirt on with my new black and white yeezes.
Its 7:00 and I see that I'm actually ready early for school.
I meet Lucky watching some tv in the lounge.
"Morning" I greet
"Hey Lily."
I enter the kitchen and make myself some Cheerios cereal then join lucky in the lounge.
He was casually on his phone texting someone. I sigh thinking about my phone and how it's cracked
"Lucky check my phone." I say taking my phone out my pocket.
He looks up and his eyes widen
"Oh my gawd," He said running his finger on the cracks "what happened?"
"Well on the first day I was on my phone looking for my locker number then I bumped into someone then I dropped my phone"
He looks at me weirdly,"did they apologize?"
"Well no they didn't see."
He just shrugs "shame" he says going back to his phone
I eat my cereal and watch some tv.
"we better head to school."
"Kay" I say finishing my cereal and stand up getting my stuff ready.
I meet lucky by the door then we head to the car.
The drive was short and before I realized it we were at school.
I take a deep breath think about what is going to happen today.
"You okay?" Lucky asked
"Um yeah."
"Good because I gotta zayn so get out."
I laugh thinking of when I said that to him and now he's using it.
I get out of the car and see there is 20
more minutes until school begins.
I enter the school and see eyes on me as usual.
I get greeted by anonymous people but oh well. I get to my locker and I not surprisingly see calum at his locker putting his bag in his locker.
"Hey Calum"
"Hey Mads." He kindly says
I smile and see the timetable for today and the first lesson is assembly
"Where's assembly?" I ask Calum
He shuts his locker and nods "oh in the hall, come it's gonna start soon."
I nod weirdly, "okay"
We start walking together and he asks,"are you actually coming to my party tonight ?"
"Um yeah. Why?"
"Cause you say no then maybe then you change the subject and I get really confused." He whines, I rolls my eyes
Then laugh "Don't worry, I'll come"
"Good, you wouldn't want to miss your initiation."
"Oh yeah, what is my initiation anyways?"
"Don't worry, you'll see when you come."
"Mmkay." I say in surrender
We enter the hall and people are making so much noise having conversations and shit
I follow Calum and then end up sitting with him and his friends. I look around to find Cameron but he's not here yet. I take a seat between Calum and an empty seat and then I look around again.
Calum is talking to his friend so I casually take out my phone and go on Instagram.
I see that I've hit 1m followers I proudly smile at myself. Lucky already hit 1m, he's like in 7m but now he can't diss me say I have like 5 thousand.
I post a photo of me at a photoshoot a few months ago and caption a thank you for 1m followers. People like and comment. I was about to change my circle on my insta dp but someone sits beside me.
"Oh you also have Instagram?" A familiar voice says to me
I look and see it was Cameron. I jump and hide my phone so he can't see my username wasn't "madison holt"
"No, well ummmm..... I was thinking of making one." I blurted out
"Yeah you should." He smiled
Damn I missed that smile
I smile back at his and shyly look down
"When you make one, follow me my username is just camerondallas " he says going on his phone.
"Okay" I nod
We got interrupted by Mrs Woods, the principal of the school
"students please can you settle down."
They all finally settle down and all eyes were on Mrs Woods
"Good morning everyone. I hope you all are coping through the school as
time goes by...." Blah blah blah she says some sport announcements
"Last thing, this is for the seniors especially. Today is the 26th of Feb. On the 20th of May is your Prom night. Don't forget to get ready for that.." What the hell? Prom. Oh no.
I hear some wooo's and some cheers in the crowd
"boys don't forget to ask the right girl"
I hear Cameron stiflingly breathing and he leans back from his seat.
Calum looks at me and wiggles an eyebrow and looks at Cameron and back to me. I roll my eyes and silently laugh.
"And need one girl to be in charge of asking the whole senior grade of what the theme of your prom is going to be and counting votes. So if you wanna do that go get the sign sheet in my office"
"Anyways, have a good weekend students. You are dismissed"
the principal says leaving the hall I put my phone in my pocket and stand up getting ready to leave. I see Jasmine as she waves and I wave back then tell her wait for me.
She nods then I look at Cameron and he looks at me then he just smiled
"see you later?" He said
I freeze "yeah." I blurted out the looking at my phone and quickly get off Instagram
"Text me." He said winking then walked away
What was that about? Omg did he tell me to text him? Should I? Keep it together lily may...
