We had been travelling for what felt like mere minutes but in acuality we had already traveled lightyears away from my old home. I'm not going to say I don't miss it because in my heart I always thought that maybe Liz could have been my final family that maybe I would stop being moved around and that she wouldn't want me to leave, finally adopting me. But like usual that wasn't the case. I've grown attached to my little home even if I wasn't going to be there long. But here I am now, with Tarik a friend I couldn't have even imagined being my star Prince but here he is, ready to take me to my new home.
I looked out the small glass window of the ships planetarium out into the galaxy. The stars and meteors were so enticing I just wanted to leap off the ship and live among them, of course I thought against it as I'm not exactly sure on the do's and don'ts of space travel. I was lost in thought looking out the window but the tance was soon broken as Tarik once again joined me in the planetarium.
Tarik whispered "beautiful" under his breath and I couldn't agree more. The sight was worth a thousand words but none can to mind.
Tarik came to sit next to me and asked "Would you like to join me on the top deck?".
"As much as I would hate to leave this, I think I would" I smiled.
He lead my up the stairs to the top of the ship and the thoughts of myself needed oxygen flew out the window as I found myself immersed in space. It was extraordinary, lights were dancing around the boat and I could reach out and touch them. Of course I wouldn't turn up the opportunity to and touched one, it gave off a sprinkle of glowing gold dust. I retracted my hand to find that I had a handfull of stardust, I did the logical thing and blew the dust around the boat and into Tarik's face. I giggled but began to race around the boat as I saw him reach his hand into the stardust. I ran up and down the boat looking for a hiding spot when I finally came across a cabinet that looked like I could fit in it. I was hiding for no longer than thirty seconds before I heard the planetarium doors open and Tarik step inside.
"Where, oh where could René be?" He spoke out loud. I giggled in response and I was sure he had heard me.
"Could she be in here?" He said as I heard him open the only other cupboards in the room.
"No?" "Then that would have to mean..." he said as his voice got louder until he was right outside the cupboard door.
"...that she is in Here!" He yelled as he opened my cupboard and before I could run he grabbed my wrist and poured a whole handfull of star dust in my hair. My hair now flecked with gold sparkled as bright as the other stars.
We walked together back up to the top deck with happy moods and happy thoughts.

A couple hours had passed and I finally realized that I hadn't a clue where we were headed. I decided to break the hours of peaceful silence by saying "where are we headed?".
His reply came short and slightly unnerved. "It's a long story but I suppose you'll find out one way or another". "Have a seat please". He said solemnly
I sat down on a white bench at the front of the boat awaiting his story and by the tone of his voice I could tell that he was letting me into a part of his past that he didn't like to share.
"Of course you being a fan of the book based off my life kinda helps" he said trying to lighten the mood.
" My brother..." he continued "... as you know passed away, we were on our planet, Clypso, when he burst into flames and being as young as I was I was shocked and I had happened to be the only one with him as we were playing at our favourite park not too far from the kingdom. When I returned to my father telling him of what had happened to my brother, one of his loyal servants who had always hated me turned to our book of laws where it has been said that if one convicted of murder or conspiring murder must be imprisoned or banished forever. My father, the king, shortened my punishment and sent me on a quest and only until I had completed it was I allowed back. My quest was to find you..."
I smiled at this and encouraged him to carry on his story.
"...my star princess and to bring you back to my planet so we could rule together. Unfortunately it is easier said than done, as I crossed through the twelve gates to come to your planet they lock behind you and in order to once again open the gates you must defeat their keeper in a battle of strength, the keepers are the zodiacs. I didn't know how much my leaving would impact our galaxy, the aluna galaxy. As I left the planets were rushed into darkness and only if I can unlock the gates will the light be restored."
Tarik looked upset as he had ended his story and revealed his problem to me. I had only one choice but to give him hope.
"Let's get a move on then" I smiled to him as he looked surprised at my eager attitude. We were set on course to the first planet. The guardian there, Sagittarius.
