Chapter 1

Hey peeps, here is another story for y'all. I'm like y'all that the couples in the Twilight saga should stay together but as everyone knows I have a Jasper and Bella love story so I am going to try my hand at a Carlisle and Bella love story. Please tell me what you think about it. I am changing the story some so be expecting some new stuff. Disclaimer: I don't own Twilight SM does sadly. Thanks for reading.

Chapter 1: The meeting

I looked at the time on the clock and sighed as I got up. I left my beautiful wife Esme laying in bed reading as I got up and got ready for work. When I was done, we kissed passionately and then I left for work at the hospital. When I got there we were busy that morning and then it slowed down. I decided to go into my office and get caught up on some paper work that needs to be done. I saw it was going on noon when my cell rang and I saw it was my son Edward. I thought to myself why is he calling and he is at school. So I answered my phone.

"Edward, is everything okay son?" I asked a little worried.

"Well dad, I am okay but I am on my way now to the hospital in an ambulance with a girl from school. She almost got hit by a car and I saved her. She hit her head hard tho on the pavement and we are on our way now," he tells me and I shake my head hoping and praying that he did not expose us.

"Alright son, I will be waiting for you and her," I told him and we hung up. I left my office and made my way to the ER to wait on them.

I want to explain something first before I keep going. You see, with us vampires when we find our soul mates something happens and we know that they are suppose to be with us. The other person or vampire will feel something as soon as they see their soul mate. See, me and Esme are not soul mates but when we met we loved each other and so we got married also we both have not have not found our soul mates. We talked and we knew that if either of us did find our soul mates that we would leave each other for our true loves.

"Ah Dr. Cullen, you are just in time. They are bring in a young woman and a young man is being brought in from the school," Dr. Gibson tells me.

I nod my head at him and think to myself that this is just a normal day and nothing was going to happen and well how wrong was I. I stood by the desk till they called me in and they did. So I walked through the doors into the ER and I saw my son leaning on a bed with a young man with a few cuts on his head. I saw that Edward was talking to someone I the bed across from him. As I walked up to the other bed I saw long brown hair but I could not see who it was because the nurse was blocking my view. I turned as I heard the doors open and then I saw Chef Swan stalking toward us and he did not look happy at all. I then told the nurse that I will take over from here and she handed me the chart and then she moved. It was then I saw it was Chef Swan's daughter and she was looking down, blushing and playing with her hands. I looked at my son and he smiled at me. I looked over her clip board to see what happened. I grabbed my pen light and looked at her and when she looked up at me, I fell deep into her eyes and it hit me, hard. When I saw her warm beautiful brown eyes I stopped breathing and I felt our souls connect. We both just stared at each other and then I heard someone clear their throats and it made us lose eye contact. I took a breath and smiled.

"Hello Isabella, I here that you hit your head. How are you feeling?" I asked her as I looked into her beautiful eyes with my pen light. She blinked.

"Bella please. I am fine thank you. Other than a small headache I am doing just fine," she grumbled and I smiled softly at her and then she smiled back at me and it felt like my dead heart came back to live; or at least that is what it felt like.
