Ava's POV
After Ashunt's kidnapping and Dean's death, Roman blamed himself everyday until I had enough. I haven't seen Paige either. Right now me,Becky, Roman, Kyla,Joelle and Aaliyha are getting dressed for Dean's funeral. While Roman was driving I saw something very unusual. "Roman pull over" I told him. He did and I got out and went up to the unusual place and saw Ashunt tied up to a chair but saw no car in the driveway and the window was open just to fit either Aaliyha or Joelle. I whispered "Ashunt" catching her attention. She looked at me with fear in her eyes and mouthed "save me" to me. I held up my index finger and went to the car and got Joelle out of the car. "What are you doing, Ava" Roman asked while getting out of the car. I ignored him and took Joelle to where Ashunt was. "Alright Joelle I need you to climb through that window and save Aunt Ashunt" I told her. She nodded and climbed through the window. She untied Ashunt's ropes around her wrists and took her hand and opened the window fully and both of them climbed out of it. I wrapped Ashunt's arm around my shoulder and carried her to the car. Joelle and I got in and Roman drove home.
Ashunt's POV
Once we got home, Ava helped take care of my cuts and scars. I had to rest but couldn't until Dean, my guardian angel visited me. "Ashunt don't worry about me I don't have to suffer any more just think about that" Dean said to me. "ok Dean" I said to him. "go to sleep Ashunt, go to sleep" he said his voice fading when he started fading away until he was gone. Aaliyha ran in and laid down beside and cuddled up to me right before I fell asleep. She fell asleep right before me.
