Her mom walked in,
Was devastated,
At the sight she saw,
Before her.
Her child was hanging from a rope,
With a dead look in her eyes.
She didn't see the note at first,
But opened it with surprise.
It was a small paper drawing,
Of the whole family,
A mom, a dad, a sister, and her brother,
All smiling in a line.
Tears fell from her mother's face,
As she wondered, why?
She wasn't the mother to understand,
She yelled at her children constantly.
But now she knew exactly why,
He daughter was in pain.
