Was a beautiful distraction?

Who fills you,

Tell you, "I love you.",

And turn out the light?

Who will let you,

drift off to sleep.

Whispering about which part of you,

They want to keep?

Who ties you to the bed,

Slits your throat,

Who you realize,

Was never there for you.

Had a knife,

Who gouges out,

Your eyes.
