Just to be safe, I had a PET scan and blood tests done, and talked to a psychologist regarding my worries about dementia. The psychologist, who's name I can't remember, asked me questions like what my address is, when World War 2 began, and some others I can't remember. One of the other doctors, I believe a neurologist, told me that my medical history showed that Post-Traumatic Dementia could be a possibility. He told me that kind of dementia is rare, so I shouldn't worry until the PET scan comes back. I told him I would try. I need to try a lot harder.
