Exams

Cody quickly ran out the door after her, he was much quicker then Jensen so he caught up before the end of the drive way.
"Jensen wait. Please. I'm sorry"
Cody pleaded. Jensen stopped and turned to look at him her arms wrapped tightly around her even with her sweater on the cold of the night was shaking her.
"it's okay. I'm sorry I freaked out its- I'm just- I'm"
Jensen tired to finish but she couldn't hold back her tears she collapsed into Cody and bladed her eyes out. It's was the first time she's cried I front of someone and the first time she told anyone about what happened at home; Cody listened intently to everything she had to say and he got her to call the cops and stop her father from doing more damage to her and her mother. He was charged with domestic abuse later that week serving 15 years in prison. Since that October night things started to get better for her and her mother. Her mother bought a small pizza place with money from the case and Jensen started getting ahold of her life and herself again. Which also meant realizing her feelings towards Cody, at first she thought it was nothing she ignored them but when something like that is ignored it can come up at random.

"Hey Jen do you want to watch Finding Nemo or Frozen?"
"Finding Nemo, Duh"
" ok so you get the popcorn I'll get some soda from the fridge. Coke right?"
"yep"
That's it I need to tell him or I'm gonna go crazy..... But what if I ruin this amazing friendship cause of my stupid feelings!? I hate this.
"here ya go"
"thanks, Cody can I uh ask you something?"

Cody said with a bit of concern

Oh my god those eyes. He's just so perfect why I'm the hell would he want someone as insanely fucked up as me.
"Jensen?"
"I have to go to the bathroom."

".... ok Jen that's great."

Jensen cut him off with a kiss, at first he was very surprised but then began to kiss back with just as much need and intensity. He was soft and gentle, she felt like she could stay here forever but the need for oxygen won that round.
they broke apart and she searched his eyes but only found admiration and a bit of lust.
"uh so u wanna watch the movie now?"
omg how can I be this awkward.
"no not really."

After that night Jensen and Cody started dating which brings us to present day as Jensen and Cody walked into the school to write their last exam before summer.
"Angel you're gonna do fine you studied for like 7 hours last night."
"Well yea but babe you know I suck at math what if I don't pass and I don't graduate and you go to college without me!?"
"Jensen. it's worth 20% of your grade even if you get every single question wrong you're still gonna pass ok?"
"ok good point"
"deep breaths Jen I'll be waiting in the library."
Jensen waved goodbye as she walked into the exam. She hated tests they always made her feel stupid, she got so stressed out that she'd forget everything she studied. but this time it felt different maybe it was Cody's support or the 7 hours study session.

After the exam Jensen was walking to library with her friend Lily to meet Cody feeling pretty good about her exam and that school is out for the summer. suddenly her phone rings.
"hello"
"jensen get to the car now don't go to the library use the back door"
"Cody what is this? And why are you whispering?"
"just do it."
Cody said urgently before hanging up.
"What the hell was that?"
Lily said confused
"um we gotta go to the car. now"
"is it urgent?"
" I guess so, let's get to the car"
Lily and Jensen ran outside, Jensen told Lily to call her when she got home safely. Jensen walked quickly to the car then picked up into a run.
"Cody! Cody where are you!"
Jensen looked all around his car frantically and he was nowhere in sight not even Puss was in the backseat.
"Cody! Co- AHHH!"
She let out a high pitched screech when someone grabbed her from behind and dragged her toward the back of the car. By now she gathered that it was a man and head killed Cody and she was next, He started laughing and turned her around
oh shit it's Cody
"haha angel oh my goodness you are so loud"
" Cody! Not funny! You gave me a heart attack"
" I'm sorry. you want a hug?"
"yes"
Jensen said with a pout. Cody went in for a soft hug then squeezed her
and sat her up on the car. Cody stood in between her short chad legs then put his hands on her bare thighs.
"So how was your exam?"
" great! I think I did really well this time!"
" see I told you! I'm proud of you"
Cody put a hand on her cheek tilting her head up to look at him.
" I love you"
Jensen stayed silent for a moment. No had ever said I love you to her like that before. She didn't know what to say so she leaned in and kissed him passionately.
"I love you too Cody"

"come on I have a surprise"
"ok but one more thing."
Jensen pulled Cody back into another heated kiss running her hands down his back then tangling them in his hair pulling slightly.
"ok ok ok, later angel I promise, seriously. But we got to go"
Cody said pulling a defeated Jensen behind him to the car.
it was about 2 in the afternoon and Cody still hadn't told Jensen where they were going.
" it's a surprise! Jensen"
" yea but you should tell me anyway because you didn't let me go to the shop to get any of my things."
"already taken care of."
Cody pointed to the back seat where Jensen's suit case sat in plain sight.
how did I not notice that?
" when did you go to my house?"
"during your exam."
"Aha, well I bet you didn't pack my straight iron."
"yep"
"shampoo?"
"yes"
"makeup?"
"all of it"
"book"
"yep"
"lucky sweater?"
"you don't have a lucky sweater Jensen"
"I could!"
"I got everything, Elaine helped"
"that women! I bet she knows we're you're taking me"

Omg is nobody on my side?
Elaine:
just enjoy it! I never thought I'd have to tell my daughter to have fun in summer!

" Uh well I'm not as witty as you so just take your hint and throw out some guesses"

"sorry what was that Jen I didn't hear you?"

"nothing. Is it a hotel?"

"what about a new house?"
"haha wishful thinking but sadly no not a new house"
"Ohhh I'll just wait"
Cody chuckled and continue driving
