Light...Darkness... Pain in my arm... shaking... voices... that was ms for awhile, but then something new appeared...
Hello there! The light is growing! The voices are becoming clearer! Was this death? And if so, why did it have a hospital light dangling over me? I tried to make noise, but the sound wouldn't come out, and I succumbed to sleep again...
Waking up in a bed,I looked groggily around. I saw that I was in some kind of hospital, and I was hooked up to a I.V drip. Looking down, I saw that I had a hospital gown on, and grinned. Looking to my right, I saw that I had bunches of flowers, and letters and gifts, all piled neatly, thank god.
I can't stand messes.
Hearing the door click, I turned my head, and saw my family and freinds peek their heads in. "Well, don't just stand there!" I said, grinning. "Where's my welcome home?" Everyone burst in, clamoring and hugging me and crying. It was a happy scene. Even Ivan and Victor were OK, not a scratch on them. Sitting up, much to the doctor's protests, I showed everyone the spot where I was stabbed. That got the room real quiet. "What you see here, is proof. Proof that it was no mere man killing us kids. It was a being that you thought long dead. This proves that not only kids can help stop things..." I paused, creating a hush over the room. "But it means that sometimes, you gotta send a kid to do a adults job." The room stayed silent, then burst into applause, with my three best friends closing in on my bed to hug me. "You really are a big baka." Aliesa said, her brown eyes brimming with tears. I shrugged my shoulders, and laughed, masking my own tears. "Its good to be back, Ali. Thanks. I missed you too." Ali cried a little, making me shed tears as I hugged my friends, thankful that the nightmare, running around a dark forest, hiding in a haunted pizza place,killing the mother of all Xenomorphs, and stopping a madman from returning to kill everyone, the horrible three days I've been through... it was finally, and truly over.
