Backing up from Freddy, I saw that he stood right where he was, his eye lights blinking from white to blue. "Quin.. What the hell did you just do?" Ivan asked, slowly approaching. "I awoke the spirit of whoever is inside him." I said calmly, watching the eyes slowly dim, and a blue ball of light float out of the animatronic shell. Watching the form alight on the floor, it spouted up into the shape of a grown man, staring down at us. "Why,hello there." The man said, and Ivan couldn't help laughing. "It-it-its Morgan fucking Freeman! What the hell?"

Ignoring his laughter, I looked directly at the spirit, and smiled. "So... what happened to you..." I trailed off, realizing that the developer never gave the murdered kids in the game names. The man smiled down at me sadly, holding up a hand. "Just call me Freddy." I nodded, hating that Ivan was still roaring with laughter. "Any who," Freddy said, floating into a sitting position. "I was brought here by the one you know as Glitch." I shook my head in anger, hating that my theory was right. "Do you know anything about him?" I begged, stepping closer. Freddy nodded slowly, then paused, thinking. "Where should I start..." He mused. Freddy's eyes lit up,and he snapped his fingers. "I know. Let me take you back to a few years ago." He said, motioning me to sit. Doing so,I sat right in front of Freddy like a little kindergartener, criss crossed, and listened.

"It all started over a game. One child disappeared one night, reported to have been last seen playing video games on his console, extremely agitated. When the parents came back to check on the child, he was gone. The next day, around noon, the child was found in the state park, posed like a gunman, with a dart gun poised in his hands. When police checked the gun, they had found a note that read 'Game Over' on the front, written in the kid's blood. For about two years, the killings continued. Kid plays video games, kid disappears, kid shows up posed like a video game character, with those same haunting words somewhere on the corpse. Two years of kids being killed, over something so petty. It seemed that it finally came to a close, when police used a child to locate the killer, John Cable. John was a social recluse, and techno wizard. For years, John worked at a game store, giving kids special deals on new games, but his manager didn't like this, so he was soon fired. John had taken revenge on the town, killing all the kids, but that's when the police found him. Waiting in the park that evening, John was caught in a vicious storm. Only this storm had lead. Lots of it. Everyone had breathed a sigh of relief the next morning, but if only we knew..."

"John must be trying to get back for his revenge." I said, jumping to my feet. Freddy nodded sadly, looking over at a corner where a Foxy animatronic lay. "Hey, Foxy. Do you remember how you died?" Foxy's one eye glowed a sad shade of red. "Aye... That Glitch lad cut me down. He stuck me in this wretched place, saying that I was but a pawn in his game." Looking back at me, Freddy placed a hand on my shoulder. "Glitch may have given you those abilities for a reason. But its going to be a tough battle. Do you understand?" I nodded, eyes never leaving his. "In the next game, find out what you can do, beat Glitch! Every game is one you have faced, so be careful." Hugging Freddy, I smiled. "Thank you,Morgan Freeman." I heard Freddy chuckle as I released him. As I turned, Ivan suddenly stiffed up, as of someone had shocked him. "Quin... we gotta get to the office... now." He murmered, eyes in a trance behind his glasses. Nodding, I pulled him by his collar and led him to the door. Turning back around, I turned to see a room full of adults and children, staring at me with sad eyes. "We can't let them just linger here." Ivan whispered. Stepping up, I raised my right hand, which suddenly started to grow warm. "Go in peace, knowing that you will be avenged, and go knowing your families still love you." I waved my hand over the crowd, and was blinded by a light for a minute. When the light died, I looked to see a empty room, save Ivan and myself. Turning to face Ivan, I saw a piece of metal on the floor. Grabbing it, I turned to face the door, ready for hell or whatever stood outside that door. "Glitch. We're coming for you. So you better watch your ass, you psychotic freak!"
