2 Break-Ups 1 Night

Lucy's POV

Tonight me and Loki are going on a date and it doesn't look like the storm is going to clear up soon. On the date I need to ask him if he is cheating on me with Aries.

I'm in my dorm room at the desk doing the weekend homework Mr. Gildarts gave us. We have to find a historical event and make a creative story about you and your friends taking part in that event. I chose the Boston Tea Party. I love writing so this homework is going to be so fun.

I grab a piece of paper out of the desk and start writing. I write for like 30 minutes and see a blue light flashing into my room, I open the window.

 Big mistake, I totally forgot it was raining. Everything on my desk go soaked, including my paper. I pick up my paper and put it on my bed to dry off, I didn't freak out because nothing got ruined.

I ran down the stairs and out the door to greet Loki, "Hey Loki, what do you want to get to eat. My treat" he thinks and then says "Chipotle maybe" 

"I'm okay with that" I say as we start to walk to Chipotle. We get there and order our food, I search the whole park for a bench under a tree when I see one with no one near it. I point to it and say "That one" "Okay Lucy". We walk over to the bench and start eating, he finished before me and then I finish.

We start talking about random things and I though 'Okay Lucy this is a perfect time to ask him the question, right' I man up and ask him "What's up with you and Aries"

He looks at me, I look in his eyes and I saw guilt  "What do you mean" he replied "How do you see Aries" I pause "As a friend or more, please don't lie to me Loki"

Natsu's POV

*A/N the Natsu part happens when Lucy asked Loki about Aries*

I get a random text from Lisanna asking if I wanted to go on a date today of course I said yes

I hear a knock on the door, and I get it. It's Lisanna

 "Hey Lis". I greeted her "Hey Natsu, do you want to get Mc. Donalds" "Sure why not" I say as I walk out of my dorm holding her hand. We head towards Mc. Donalds when I think I see Lucy and Loki on a park bench 'Whatever' I think to myself, 'wait why did I think that I'm not jealous'

We get to Mc Donalds, I order 2 big macs, 1 large fry, and a medium soda. Lis orders a double cheese burger meal with a medium iced tea. Not so surprisingly I finished my food first, heh I always finish my food first.

After we finish our food she brought me to a old video game place, like with the big machines you use quarters to play. She cashed 40 dollars for us to play the video games.The first game we go to play was a shooting game, she won. The next game was a motorcycle game, I won.

By the time we ran out of quarters it was 10:00

"Wow time really does go by fast when you are having fun" I said, she giggled. Then her face got completely serious

"Natsu I need to say something" 

Lucy's POV

"Lucy..." he said looking down 

"I KNEW IT, WE'RE OVER LOKI" I yelled, and then ran off, I wasn't crying for some reason. I ran to the dorm of some one who is always there for me, Natsu.

I run to the boys dorm, and I got to Natsu's dorm, Gray opens the door "Is Natsu there" I asked him just staring at him "No he's on a date with Lisan- Lucy are you okay" he said to me sounding worried.

Those 3 word cracked me, I fell to the ground crying. Gray went into the dorm and came out with a blanket, I thought he was just going to throw it at me but he didn't. 

He hugged it around me, though I had a blanket around me I felt his body heat, it made me feel safe and a little happy. I got up and went into the dorm with Gray.

I was soaking wet so he changed me into a long shirt and running shorts that fit me surprisingly well. I sat down on the couch and told Gray everything. Then I fell asleep on him, I felt safe.

Meanwhile with Natsu

Natsu's POV

"Natsu I need to say something" Lisanna said teary eyed "What is it Lis" 

"I know this may sound crazy *sniff* but I-I'm breaking *sniff* up with you" she said and started to cry, I hugged her tight "But Lis-" she cut me off "This is for the best Natsu"

"H-how is this f-for the best" I said crying "I know you're in love with someone else Natsu" she paused "The way you look at her, I was envious, but now I'm routing for you two"

"I really do hope we can st-" I cut her off "Lis of course we are going to stay friends, we have been friends forever" I gave her a big hug "I'm going to walk you to your dorm, okay Lis" she nodded 

We walk to her dorm, I give her a hug once again and said "Bye Lis" "Bye Natsu" she replied with a tear coming down her face. I walk home

I open the door to see Gray and Lucy cuddling on the couch. I was pissed
