Aubrey
Justin wasn't lying when he said everyone in his crew hated him. We stopped past his house so he could change, and he came back out with people yelling at him. It was HIS house, and people kicking him out of HIS house.
Now I feel a little bad.
"If they don't let you in, you're welcome to sleep at mine." I offered, looking at him. He looked sad, annoyed, and tired. "I'm serious."
"You're just saying that because you feel bad." He shook my hand of his shoulder, and started the car.
"I do." I answered. "It's your house, and they shouldn't be doing that. You're fmsous, shouldn't you know more people than just your crew?"
"Yeah, but they're not in Canada."
"Leave Canada then. Make them miss you, and refuse to do anything until they say sorry. You're such a softie." I rolled my eyes, and he looked at me.
"You're a psycho, so I'd rather take advice from Ariana."
---
We reached the field, and we walked up to the bleachers. "Where we first met. Isn't that a coincidence?" Justin chuckled, and I let out a small laugh knowing what he meant.
As we sat down, Mason's team and the other team just started coming out. People started cheering, and up came Brady. He can spot me from a mile away, and that scares me. He started walking up, and sat next to me. "Aubrey baby! I haven't seen you in a while." He hugged me, then scooted me over.
"Justin," he held his hand out for Brady.
"I know who you are, silly goose." Brady tapped Justin's nose, and hugged Justin instead. Justin's eyes widened at me, and I stifled my laugh. I couldn't hold it, so as soon as Brady walked away, I bursted into laughter.
"Someone's a guy magnet." I winked, nudged his side with my elbow. Justin rolled his eyes, then looked toward the game that was starting. Once they started the first quarter, my eyes widened.
"Kam!" I exclaimed, standing up, and running down the bleachers. He opened his arms, and I took him in a hug. "Kam, I haven't seen you in years! How's it going?"
"College is a real joykiller! I tried going out to get some air, and the security guard seriously arrested me when I went to grab my keys that I dropped." He shrugged, and I stayed in his side, while he talked.
Kam, Devin, and Jordan were the three musketeers. Wherever one went, the other two followed. Out of the three, Kam was always the one I had a crush on, but he didn't know that. To him, I'm just another one of his best friends. But luckily, I'm his only girl best friend. Strong emphasis on only!
I'm sure my high school crush on him is gone, but hey, if he's single, I'm all for a date. "Kam, do you still have that girlfriend in college?" Devin asked.
"Naw." Kam shook his head. "She thought I was cheating so she called it quits. I honestly don't care because I could care less about her pissy attitude!"
"I gotta go," I glanced up at Justin, who had his knees up to his chest, and was subconsciously shaking his one foot as if he was having a nervous breakdown.
"You know Ju- oh yeah. Duh." He knew I was dating Justin, because he texted me a very dirty DM on Twitter. He followed me up there, and as I came up, Justin out his legs down, and glanced at both of us.
"Hi Justin, I'm Kam. I used to go to school with Aubrey. We're besties." He mimicked a girl voice, and Justin chuckled. Kam walked away after he heard someone call his name, so I sat down next to Justin.
"What's wrong? Why all of a sudden you're sad?" I asked, and he shook his head, licking his lips. He hugged himself for warmth, and all I could do was sit closer. I wasn't cuddling with him to get him warm, so I sat closer.
"Do you hate me?" Justin asked the same question, again.
"Like last time, I don't know." I said, and he nodded.
"You hate me." he whispered, bringing his knees back up to his chest, sighing as he ran his fingers through his ruffled hair. That broke my heart because the way he said it, sounded like he was going to cry. "I can't stay here. I need to go home. If you want a ride home, I suggest you come now."
Justin got up, put his shades and hoodie on, then started trotting down the steps. I got my bag, and followed him. He got into the car started it, so I ran to catch up to him before he pulled off. Once I got in, Kam ran up. I rolled down the window. "Leaving so early? Here, take my number, and text me."
Kam handed me his number, kissed my cheek, and Justin pulled off. One minute he's cool, one minute he's sad, mad, and wants to cry. What just happened? Like seriously.
----
"Justin, you said you won't go home, so where are you going to go?" I asked, sitting in the passenger seat, refusing to get out.
"I don't know. Fly to Atlanta with Christian I guess. Please, just get out?" Justin asked, looking at me, pissed off.
"What the hell is wrong with you?! You asked me to come with you, and now we left and the game just started. Now, you're kicking me out of your car, and all I did was introduce you to my friend."
"That's not the problem!" He yelled back, as a warning to back off.
"Then what is?"
"It's none of your business, and even if I wanted to tell you, I can't."
"Well, tell Christian and Caitlin I said hi." I got out the car, closed the car door, ran up the minimum steps to my door. I bent down grabbed the key from under the carpet, opened my door, and slammed it in frustration when I closed it. When I walked past the living room window, Justin was still sitting out there. He got out, and started to walk.
Forget him, since he wants to be a total douche. Screaming could be heard from a mile away, and as soon as it did, I saw Justin running toward my house, with girls following him. I opened the door, let him in, and he collapsed on the stairs.
Walking away, I started cooking popcorn, then when the two bags were done, I poured them in a bowl. I left them in the microwave, walked past Justin up the stairs, and into my room.
I grabbed Justin's YMCB hoodie, sweat pants, Uggs, and I left my hair down to keep my ears fairly warm. Once I got done, I grabbed my phone and started texting Kam. Brady was my next option to invite, but then I heard the door open.
Justin was still on the steps, so I predicted it was of his fans. When I got downstairs, it was Twist, Za, and Ryan. They shook their head at Justin, and looked at me. Justin opened his eyes, looked at us, and waked out the door. "What's with him? Do any of you guys know?"
"You're so oblivious." Ryan smirked, and they all walked out. What am I oblivious of? When they closed the door, I watched as they followed Justin down the street trying to get his attention.
It was 15 minutes before they came back, and all I did was watch them carry Justin. "Is he passed out?" I asked, and Justin shook his head.
"This idiot hit his head off a pole, and almost fainted." Ryan answered, and they all laughed. Ignoring them, I grabbed my warm popcorn, and walked into the living room.
I had a pile of Halloween movies my cousin dropped off a while ago, so I started looking through the stack. "Wanker." Justin pouted.
"Dick." Twist laughed.
"Penis." Za cheered.
"Wiener? Why are we naming dicks?" Ryan looked at them, and they all sat in the living room. I searched all I of their faces, and they all looked at me blankly.
"If a word even slips out your mouth while I'm watching this, you're all leaving."
"Okay." They all mumbled, and I went back to finding a movie. The one I picked out was on of my favorites. 'Corpse Bride'. As soon as I turned it on, everyone shut up, and we all sat in peace.
